Allerton Dental Practice is one of my best places to take care of my teeth. The clinic is always clean, well organized, and very professional, creating a comfortable environment from the moment you arrive. The staff are welcoming and attentive, making every visit smooth and stress-free. I would especially like to highlight Dr Sofia Marianji, who is extremely kind, patient, and highly skilled. She explains every step clearly, takes great care to ensure comfort, and performs treatments with great precision and professionalism. Her gentle approach really helps reduce any anxiety and makes the experience much easier. I highly recommend Allerton Dental Practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a trustworthy dentist.

Amazing service for me and my mum who attended to see Sophia. Very professional and gentle and honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. I was seen on the NHS and my fillings were done better than I have had previously when paying privately. The reception team and nurse were very polite and accommodating. First class service.

Don’t bother wasting your time with this practice ,I’ve been with them for years and they’ve decided to take me off the register because I apparently cancelled twice due to no fault of my own , not to mention the fact that they can’t even send consistent reminders and expect you to remember when they can’t do there job properly ,on that note they can’t notify patients of roadworks outside the building that would cause unnecessary delays and it’s okay for them to constantly cancel your appointments last min .Staff turnover is horrendous and proves how downhill its gone , I had an appointment a few year ago and because the dentist was leaving on the day she wouldn’t do my filling and they cancelled my appointment after turning up !! But that’s okay Absolutely shocking !!

Been my dental clinic for the last 7 years and never ever had an issue until recently… came down and was told I’ve got a new dentist doing my check up. Anyways I understand due to them being busy and it being peak times I went through with it. But then I’ve phoned up a relative getting some advice due to me being unsure of what treatment to get I was told to go outside and speak in "URDU" which is confusing due to the fact I was speaking English and being told to leave the room and speak Urdu and he didn’t seem to be happy. even while he were checking my teeth he was quite harsh and we also did a XRAY and he was practically choking me with the device and told me stay still Boy. Which is disrespect at its finest but this is the world we live in. His name was Nick and I believe he’s come here for a temporary amount of time.

My recent experience has been very disappointing due to a lack of organisation and clear communication. Initially, I was advised by reception that my appointment would be scheduled within a week. However, I received a text message just 24 hours later informing me that the appointment had been delayed by two months, which was both unexpected and inconvenient. A week later, I received a call at 4:59 pm regarding a further change to my appointment, only to be told shortly afterwards to call back the following day, despite the call having been made just before closing time. This added to the confusion and inconvenience. I was also informed that the manager would return my call, but unfortunately, this has not happened. I understand the manager has recently returned from maternity leave and works part-time, which may contribute to the inconsistent communication. However, the overall experience suggests a lack of coordination within the team. This practice provided a good service in the past, but unfortunately, the standard appears to have declined significantly in recent years.

Always clean Polite well presented staff put you at ease😊 Had a tooth out, first in a long time. Was 😱 scared, but came out feeling more relaxed 😌 the dentist and assistant good as always

Very poor, unorganised practice. Zero communication and is not professional. The receptionist is very rude. My 4 children were removed from the practice because the practice cancelled the appointment and reschedule it with out speaking to me . When challenged that I did not miss the appointment they did not have any empathy or remose my child was left with out dental care. The worst patient service ever . No care or empathy.
