DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR EMERGENCIES. I had a filling that fell out and was causing a lot of pain. I went in, wouldn't even do anything just said I needed root canal. I asked can you please just fill it? But she didn't want to do it. I showed a picture of the tooth I took where the hole was, it was still clean and I asked again, can you fill there please? She finally agreed to do it, took her 10 seconds, and said it was only a temp one and can fall out again. I asked can you do a permenant one but she refused. The pain went away proving that was the problem. If I hadn't have taken a photo and insisted, I'd have received no help... Furthermore she refused to help a guy before me saying his tooth extraction was too complicated. And the guy before that took 30 seconds in and out as well. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Absolutely brilliant Dentist i can only get there on a weekend they always accomedate had an emergency during week they fitted me in same day so I could get back to work as I work away Highly recommend Clayton Dentist staff a polite and helpful 👍

Absolutely marvellous. I was here with my son earlier this week. Dr Sania Khan was kind, reassuring and gentle. All the staff are lovely and go out of their way to help. Dr Khan you are in my prayers x

Bunch of cowboys - my elderly father went in for a tooth extraction. The cowboy dentist only extracted half the tooth and said he couldn’t extract the remaining. He sent my dad home with some painkillers and said he would refer him to the hospital which could take up to twenty weeks. The cowboy has left my dad in excruciating pain - avoid this practice at all costs and go where they have competent dentists.

I went here for an emergency appointment and needed an extraction. Every member of staff was very welcoming and nice, the procedure itself was done within 5 minutes. I could barely even feel the syringe when the area was being anaesthetised. As someone who has a phobia of the dentist, this was an absolutely perfect experience. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency appointment at 4.30pm today and the dentist really helped get to the route of my issue. I felt no pain with my filling, just had a lot of nerves which easily went away. He gave me after care advice and advice on my other teeth. The lady assisting him was friendly, made me feel at ease. I filled out the form after my appointment and spoke to a lovely lady at reception. Thank you all for a 5* service.

Went here as an emergency appointment. Was referred to another service as I have a complicated extraction. The dentist who did the referral did not put my heart problem on the form which I told him about causing the place I got referred to have to refer me elsewhere which means waiting twice as long. The dentist told me two weeks for an appointment after referral to get the tooth extracted which is wrong as it is 26 week wait minimum. The dentist gave me wrong information about that as I was referred to a different place to what he told me. Not particularly happy with the service I had. The receptionist was nice and friendly and helpful no complaints about her. I’d say be careful if sent here for an emergency appointment as false info was given by the dentist
