The Dentist

Had two appointments with Sally over the last week! Really friendly dentist who explains everything as shes going along. Really pleased with the work she’s done! The first appointment was on the top floor and there’s no aircon…. Not sure how she’s copes up there! Today’s appointment was in a nice air conditioned room…. Needed during this heatwave! Thanks Sally and the team!

Thank you so much to The Dentist. The staff at reception were so helpful and welcoming, and the dentist was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. The appointment was comfortable and stress-free. I would highly recommend this practice.

This was my first appointment under NHS after a very long time being a private patient.. Sally the dentist who I saw was amazing.. Despite her being young, she had all the qualities you expect from a professional..She explained things to me clearly and offered advice as to how I can continue care for my teeth.. Her assistant was very good too..

Being a new patient at this practice , For the f from the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed. The practice was very clean and the reception staff were welcoming. They was happy to help with when questions I had to ask, and was very willing to help me fill in the forms on the iPad. They handle a busy reception and in between helping patients face to face are very prompt with answering the phone lines in between. I can see how busy are they , we can be supportive by patience. When I went to the waiting area for my appointment I was greeted promptly by the dentist and dental nurse who again was very willing to answering any questions and made me feel at ease. Manager of the practice is very good and responsive I saw him engaged with the team . I highly recommend this a practice for someone new in the town .

Went to see dentist Dr Ushma Shah today and I thought she was wonderful. So glad I found her highly recommend. Have been seeing Keira one of the hygienists for a few years and she is really good wouldn’t want to see anyone else. In particular one of the receptionists was very helpful and kind her name is Kristy. Thank you to all of you

Myself and my family have Been coming to the dentist for years we were always happy with the service. I have been very impressed on my recent visit the reception staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I also prefer the I pad system for filling out the patient up to date record's. As a family we have seen a few dentist Gnash , Ushma and Jemima in the most recent appointments they have all been welcoming , professional, and putting my children at ease during the visit. I would recommend this practice to others.
