She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure we were booked in at a time that worked perfectly for us. I take my children for 6 monthly check up here. Children being of school age I try not to take them in week days and book their visits on the sat of last visit for 6 months ahead of their 6 monthly check ups. The clinic has no slots . The earliest they would have 8 month! ( They might have week days but I would have to take leave from work and take the children out of school. The check ups take 3 minutes for each child. ( I guess I should be grateful for no issues with their teeth, therefore the check up is very brief. However the clinic is clearly very overbooked. Which I guess it's a sign of good customer care ? However this town needs more dental clinics!!! The staff is friendly. Friendly environment to children too. No parking available.

Receptionist was very friendly. Padma was my dentist. I broke a tooth and had an emergency appointment ,this was my first time at Damira. She listened, advised and I didn't feel rushed. I waited a bit for my turn but I guess some appointments take longer than others . I am going back next week to start new plan.

Very disappointing experience overall. I booked a hygienist appointment and it was cancelled on the day. I then rebooked, turned up for the new appointment, sat in the chair, and was then told they couldn’t do the treatment after all. The lady on reception was great and very helpful, but surely this should have been identified when I booked the appointment to save me making the trip unnecessarily.

Damira Dental Hygiene with Vivian Zampieri is an absolute must. She is incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely likeable, which makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I had the best hygiene treatment I’ve ever received — thorough, gentle, and highly effective. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for top-quality dental care. Truly a five-star experience!

The first time I went to this dental practice, I had a fairly good experience and decided to start Invisalign treatment. It is expensive, but acceptable for the service provided. However, my last visit was very disappointing. I went in for a consultation because I was experiencing jaw pain. I was asked to pay £60 in advance, which I understand can happen, so I didn’t make an issue of it. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 pm, and by 3:04 pm I was already outside, fully dressed. The dentist barely examined me, and if I hadn’t asked questions myself, the consultation would have lasted less than a minute. I didn’t receive any real explanation or solution for my problem. In the end, I left with less money and the issue completely unresolved. Unfortunately, for this reason, I don’t think I will be returning to this clinic.
