Hagley Road Dental Practice (Quinton Surgery)

Was sent to this practise to have root canal correction! Think the dentist just took the money because he knew another dentist was paying. Been little to no follow ups the dentist is never available always on holiday or doesn’t work Thursdays. I’ve just spoke to one of the nurses who was rude and cocky and I could hear her sniggering on the phone! Definitely a practise to avoid. Poor after care! Wouldn’t be so bad but the treatment was poor at best I left the dentist with the same issues I had when I first came to him! And now there is a problem he wants £95 for the privilege! Sorry Ben this won’t be happening! Just another dentist only in it for the money and his flash lifestyle.

I have had a re root canal from Ben Edwards, and his lovely nurse Michelle back in 2021. Ben is the most kind caring Dentist i have ever had for dental treatment. I had a very complex re root canal, Ben did the procedure in 2 visits. Felt no pain whatsoever Ben and Michelle were both professional kind and caring throughout my treatment and my multiple appointments. I knew i was in good hands, i was put at ease after care was explained and i had a follow up appointment few months after to see if everything was ok. I am due to have some more treatment in a few weeks time and i know I won’t have anything to worry about as i know i will be looked after and my treatment will be of high standard. Would also like to thank the lovely receptionists too .

Super impressed by Charlotte this morning - the perfect balance of friendly & professional, alongside being extremely helpful to suitably redirect me as unfortunately their practice do not offer the cosmetic work I'm seeking. If Charlotte exemplifies the rest of the team I understand why my friend highly recommended them.

I was referred to Ben Edwards who carried out the first part of my root canal treatment today. I’m a very nervous patient and I can honestly say that I did not feel any pain whatsoever during this 90 min procedure and no pain since the anaesthetic wore off. I’m delighted with the care and treatment that I’ve received so far, Ben is a brilliant dental specialist who immediately put me at ease. I’ll be happy to return in three weeks time for the final part of my treatment. Thank you Ben and staff

I was recently referred to Ben Edwards for a root canal.  I'd previously had a crown on the tooth in question and had been treated in Blackheath for an infection.  The root canal was the only option to save my tooth. I was concerned as the cost was quite considerable but really feel it was worth it. Within 24 hours the infection improved and had absolutely no after affects from the the dental treatment.  Feels like new. Great work. Many thanks.

Z. Ali is an amazing dentist, I've been here for years but not seen a loyal Professional with her work. Very well experienced 👌 👏 👍 I've my root canal done and also my kids. Engage very well with kids, my child will refuse every time to see dentist but hats off to her she manged him very well.

I was referred by the Blackheath practice to Hagley Road for a root canal procedure. Ben was brilliant, did the consultation and explained the procedure well. I was quite nervous on the day but again Ben and the team were fantastic. Lasted just over an hour and I had no pain or anything after the treatment. Highly recommend and would definitely use again if I had to go back for anything else 👍🏻
