I visited on Thursday as I had a hygienist appointment. I had never been seen by Amir before, but he was so calm & professional. I have severe dental anxiety, but he understood & was super empathetic. He was very gentle & for the first time I was actually relaxed. I normally dread my dental appointments, but I am actually looking forward to my next appointment with him. I would give 10 stars if I could

I took both of my daughters to the check up today and the dentist was Amirreza Attar. We haven’t seen this dentist before but both the girls and I felt immediately welcome, he has a lovely nature and creates an excellent rapport with his patients. My daughters thought he was fantastic and are looking forward to their next check up.

Very poor customer service. When we arrived the place was packed. I had arrived at 12.15 in good time and waited. More people came in. People were being seen at a good pace. After 40 mins most people had been seen including people that came in after me. Only 2 of us left in the waiting room. Then nothing happened for an hour. I asked what was happening and why we were waiting so long. I was told they were running late. More like having there lunch break. When I finally went in I had 10 minutes for £65 and they wanted £800 to do a crown. Absolutely disgusting service. I'm very unhappy and will not be back

I'm writing this on my husbands account as i'm a hopeless technophobe, but I am a patient of Codrin's and I cannot praise him highly enough. When I first went to him several years ago after a lifetime of avoiding dentists following a traumatic childhood experience with a dreadful dentist, I was a crying, shaking basket case. His gentleness, reaasurance and kindness completely cured me and I will be forever grateful. I have had a lot of dental work done since and Codrin has always been his usual lovely self, making sure that I felt no pain or distress, but has also always done a fantastic job on my teeth, no matter what I needed done. He is a great dentist but even better, he is a great human being. Thankyou, Dixie

My wife and I have just managed to register with an NHS dentist at myDentist in Northam. We first heard about the prospect of the practice taking on a new NHS dentist late last year, so we have been regularly phoning up the practice over the past few months to see if there has been any progress. Every time we called, Donna the Practice Manager and her team have kindly kept us fully informed of the situation and a couple of days ago, we finally got confirmation that we can register with their new dentist. So I would like to thank Donna and her team for being extremely helpful and for taking the time to keep us informed of progress every time we contacted them and also for immediately registering us as soon as it was possible to do so.

I've been with this Dentist for a few years now and always had such wonderful experiences, the staff in all areas are brilliant and welcoming and just had my first appointment with Amir, very lovely, professional and informative. Thank you

Would leave 0 stars if possible. We were private patients at this dentist. Impossible to get through on the phone, ludicrous wait times for appointments and then sometimes cancelled at the last minute with no apology or rebooking. My daughter had some treatment that was meant to take 3 months and it took over a year because there was no joined up plan for her follow up appointments. To top it all, a dentist chipped my porcelain veneer and then denied it. The practice manager was useless. I had to constantly chase while this was investigated. Avoid at all costs.
