I would highly recommend the Quay Practice in Bideford which was recommended by my own dentist for the specialist treatment that I need. A lovely friendly environment!! My consultation with Professor James Pritchard went very well. He has a very friendly manner and puts you at ease and explains everything so clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.
I have been a patient in The Quay dental practice since 2007. My recent visit was firstly to the hygienist who is very professional and explains clearly what she is going to do and what she expects from me. My dentist, brilliant, full inspection and no pressure for unnecessary work. I like his sense of humour which I consider important. I have booked my appointment for 2007.
I have always received great care and advice from Nicola. She was also caring enough to ask how my cancer treatment was going, and during the early stages was mindful of arranging appointments around my cancer treatment.
Just had my first cleaning session with hygienist Sharon and super impressed with what she achieved in 30 mins… her care and technique was first class and so comfortable… I am now looking forward to my next session and so incredibly happy to be at the Quay Dental practice.
Fantastic Dental Practice. The administration team are friendly, compassionate and patient. Communication is easy and clear to and from the practice. The dentist and dental nurses are all a lovely team, they make you feel at ease with their friendly banter and thorough explanation of treatments - both before and during the process. Aftercare follow up is always good. Given the current climate of finding a good dental practice and NHS availability, I have had nothing but a positive and helpful experience!
Great practice. Friendly and caring staff. They take there time , explain what can be done and are good value for money. We are very lucky to have such a great dentist surgery in Devon . I would highly recommend this dentist surgery.
