My experience with my dentist, was excellent. The staff was lovely and great with their clients. The 2 managers aswell are lovely lady’s and very helpful. My dentist was careful and precise. She definitely knew what she was doing. They are always on time for my appointments and very punctual. I definitely recommend this dental practice

Worst extraction in the history of extractions. I came in on an emergency appointment to have a filling. I had an x ray done and was told I could not have filling due to the hole going right down to my root. I was offered a root canal or extraction. I opted for the extraction. Those were the only options given. I went back the next day and sat in the dentists chair for an hour while the dentist tried to pull my molar out, she eventually had to call her colleague, who advised her to break the root it two before pulling it out. It was soo painfull. I didn't get any stitches or painkillers and was told to take ibuprofen and Paracetamol and was sent on my way. My head was in such pain for the first two weeks and had the worst headache from all the vigorous pulling to get my tooth out. After three weeks the tooth was still not healing so I went to a different dentist and he pulled out a piece of tooth the dentist from Damira had left in

Worst reception staff. Wife came for emergency appointment. Booking was fine, seen quickly, really nice dentist. Was given a prescription for antibiotics, reception didn’t stamp her prescription even when she asked if anything else needed to be done. Came back home and then went to pharmacy. Pharmacist refused to dispense since no stamp. Called Bicester damira reception, they advised to go to Oxford branch as we are closer to there. Oxford branch receptionist refused to stamp the prescription. Also refused to ask another dentist (even though it states it in her notes that she needs antibiotics, and the prescription has the dentists name who saw her). Just really unhelpful and uncaring. Oxford bury knowle receptionist just had a "computer says no" attitude….

Offered me check up at NHS prices but then told me I needed fillings, which were not at NHS prices and were going to be priced per filling! I found an NHS dentist and got another check up. I was told I don’t need fillings at all and that my teeth looked great. That fillings would be a preventive measure that I didn’t need and would potentially cause problems! On top of this the NHS dentist didn’t recommend a hygienist either, which Damira did! Definitely feels like a scam!

They are clearing only registered as NHS to drive people towards their private business. Everything is geared towards driving you down the private route within their own practice. They are not ashamed about it. Be warned you have a pound sign above your head the moment you walk in and all the staff know it.

Always had good experiences here- I've seen two different dentists over the last few years and both were exceptionally good with the kids too- amazing given one of them is a strong willed toddler who you have to wrestle to brush the teeth of. Highly recommend.

I had a tooth ache and rang the surgery. The line was busy so I put the phone down. I was then contacted by Lynsey at the surgery who had obviouly picked up a missed call. I told her my problem and was booked in for next morning. I was seen by the dentist and got excellent service. I thank all at the surgey for outstanding service.
