I’m so nervous of the dentist and last week the dentist here showed me such reassurance for my following appointment. Today I had my appointment and the wonder dentist,dental nurse were just amazing. Receptionist girls so lovley. Thank you Clare

Picardy Dentist is absolutely terrible. The receptionists are some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with — both on the phone and in person. They talk down to you, make you feel like you’re a problem, and act like they couldn’t care less. Trying to get through to them is a nightmare. The dentist herself might be polite, but she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. There’s no treatment plan, no proper explanation — they just do whatever, send you away, and leave you guessing. The whole place feels unprofessional and sloppy. I finally moved to Dental Beauty in Dulwich, and the difference is unbelievable. From day one they were clean, organised, professional, and gave me a proper step-by-step plan with X-rays and clear guidance. Picardy Dentist doesn’t even come close. I had the best experience with Dr. Kate from Picardy Street Dental Practice. 2 difficult extractions done with no pain for me during the procedure and after. I am recommending Dr.Kate as being a 5 starts dentist. Gold hands and touch. As well Aimee, the dental nurse has gold touch. Thank you to both of them.

Extremely rude ,Incompetent receptionist on multiple different occasions , my family and I have all experienced this and wouldn’t recommend it for anyone . The two stars granted are for the talented dentists onsite ,that’s if u can get past the fire breathing dragon in reception .

Had such a great experience for my first visit to this dentist. I was properly looked after by Kylie and Sunny, they were very experienced and knowledgeable. I had moved dentist due to the poor service of my original practice. From the outset the level of professionalism and customer that I received Picardy Street Dental Practice was such a positive difference. Thank you Kylie and Sunny for restoring my faith in dentists again, I'm so pleased that I found your practice.

I had an appointment,I turned there and the doctor was running late (1 hour)seeing another patient ( must had been an emergency). Nobody came to let me know or to apologise as this things happen, there were 4 members of staff chatting loudly and inappropriate.Because I had another appointment afterwards I had to rebook the dentist for the next day. I maybe wrote the wrong time ,but I haven't received the confirmation, instead went to my husbands' phone, so I missed the second appointment. The next day when I called to explain the situation the lady from the reception hanged the phone on me when I told her to repeat the new appointment. Still did not received any apology, she kept on saying we have your phone and she can't explain what happened. The appointment was for a tooth infection that is still there after 7 days of antibiotics. Disappointed as I liked the doctor.

Wonderful Dental Practice, receptionist was really friendly and polite and the dental team go above and beyond to help you get treated. I have had root canal treatment, crowns fitted and many fillings here and they always give me the best service. Thanks to these guys I finally have a mouth of good health! Highly recommend especially if you are nervous like me, they make you feel relaxed. Special shout to Sundeep my dentist and Kylie my dental nurse, these two are especially brilliant!
