London Road Dental Centre

I just wanted to take a minute to praise the dental team at London road clinic on Bedford. I am a complete coward when it comes to dentists because of some very bad past experience's . so when I broke a tooth I was very nervous about my visit. But I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the same day . From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a very cheerful lady on reception who explained they had new staff and they were very nice and for me not to worry. When it was my turn I met the very cheerful dentist and the nurse who introduced themselves and explained what needed doing and if at any time I wanted them to stop just raise my hand. I had an X ray (which I normally hate but it was fine) she kept her word and talked me through the procedure. she put me at easy straight away and the procedure was painless. She explained what she was doing all the way through which helped so much. When she finished I felt confident and all my worry's had gone. I truly feel I will go to my next check up with no worries. I cannot praise them enough. A big thank you to all the staff and the care they gave me.

Such a lovely dental practice. The receptionist goes out of her way to be helpful& help me fill out forms. My dentist is very good and rest of the staff. .very happy with every aspect of my treatment. .:)

The reception lady is plain rude..if shes not on the phone making private calls,leaving a que of patients waiting to book in or patients making further appointment, then shes really abrupt with any enquiries so she can get back on the private phone call

The reception can be very arrogant, it can be difficult to come to terms with her except hers. She drops the phone on you even before you say the last word. It’s not so encouraging at all.

Great dentist, they have looked after me for years, all the staff are great and very accommodating. Thanks for all that you do👍🏼

Rang the practice to enquire about appointments and the lady on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. Poor service.
