Adelaide House Dental Practice - Bedford

Always a great service at Adelaide Dental Practice and a very friendly and family practice from the reception team to the dentists. Dr Julta is my dentist and he is wonderful. No one likes going to the dentist but he puts me at ease right away knowing that I am in very capable hands and I know I always am. He is very thorough with dental checks and explains everything so clearly if something needs doing and why. He shows the xrays and photos too which I find very helpful and takeaway time to explain things including any changes from previous xrays. Mrs Julta is great too. Very friendly and a very good hygienist. She spends time telling you where you need to focus more with brushing and flossing etc. The reception team are always welcoming and polite too. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

AJ is a brilliant Dentist, the best I’ve ever had. I have been with Adelaide House now for over 20 years. AJ is very calming, always polite, charming and such a nice person. His dentistry is the best and whatever problems I have had with my teeth as I now approach 79 years of age he has always found a top quality professional and cost effective solution to make me happy. I like telling him that for me he holds the world record for bonding in place my front Maryland bridge . With AJ it’s been in place for years and before I joined Adelaide House with several previous Dentists it alway fell out again sometimes after just a few days. I have been a patient of Adelaide House Dental Practice for many years. I am someone who has a fear of going to see the Dentist (nothing personal) however AJ is very kind and keeps you informed throughout which puts you at ease. All of the staff in the practice from Dental Hygienist, Nurses and receptionists are all very friendly and welcoming. I can highly recommend this practice

A very friendly practice with experience and knowledge. They take time to explain where you are going wrong and how to improve your teeth care and are also quick to praise good habits. I have been a patient of this practice my whole life and on my 3rd dentist which is not bad for someone who is 62.

I had my first appointment with Nikita and had a wonderful experience. With my dental background, it was important to me to attend a practice that delivers high standards all round, and I can confidently say this practice does exactly that. I will definitely be returning for my routine examinations and would happily recommend them to family and friends 🙂

Dental work: 5 stars Customer service: 4 stars I'm beyond pleased with the dental work I had done here. My dentist really listened to me, was gentle and professional and the dental assistants working with him were all very friendly, caring and helpful. Hiccups with the receptionists telling me payments had been covered and then coming back to me months later to say they hadn't been and then being quite demanding that I pay immediately wasn’t the service I expected. I understand this was due to the way their accounting system works, but it wasn't a good customer experience. That said, they are always professional and polite.

Stag were friendly and respectful on reception. I saw both a dentist for one appointment and an hygienist for another. They were very good and clearly explained the treatment to me. Would recommend them.
