Fantastic experience! The entire team was incredibly welcoming and professional. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend this practice!
After attending this surgery for years, I have recently left. The reason for this is that theyrepeatedly cancelled appointments, failed to respond to the telephone and told me they would return calls but never did. The final straw was being told that- although my children remained registered- they had de-registered me (could give no reason for this). The receptionist later called me back having changed her mind, despite having been quite rude and determined during our previous conversation.
As our dentist has retired, we saw the new dentist today, Sharon Bubbra. We were extremely pleased as not only is she a lovely lady, she was efficient & thorough, explaining everything as she was going along. We are very impressed with her, and all the staff at Priory Dental Practice, always willing to assist. Thank you all. Bob & Frances

I've been a patient at this practice since 2005 and have always received really great care. I am a very nervous patient and today had a tooth removed under the care of Dr Mokhtari. He put me at ease and made the experience as worry free as possible. Didn't feel a thing. It has definitely helped me overcome my nerves! Thank you so much

Disgraceful service, 30 years I’ve been going there I’m an nhs patient and after finding a hole in the wisdom tooth which is now infected were willing to leave it for 3 months to be extracted, the pain has already spread to my neck and head which left untreated spreads the infection as far as the heart,causing serious health issues.They did not seem to care this can happen and it’s now forced me to go private to get anything done. So disappointed
