The receptionists are friendly and efficient and really know their patients. Nisha did a great job with my teeth alignment and other dental work. Thanks to a professional and caring team I never dread a dentist visit.

Arthur is hands down the best dentist there is. I’ve had two root canals, fillings, and regular cleans done by him, and every single experience has been completely pain-free, which is something I never thought I’d say about dental work! He always takes the time to explain everything clearly before and during the procedure, which really helps put me at ease. Throughout every appointment, he constantly checks in to make sure I’m comfortable and okay, which shows how much he genuinely cares about his patients. I couldn’t recommend Arthur enough – if you’re looking for a skilled, professional, and caring dentist, he’s the one to go to!

I have been seeing Nisha as my dentist for a few years now and I always feel so calm and safe under her care. Everything is explained thoroughly, options discussed all while being incredibly kind and compassionate. The reception staff at Westpole are also amazing, kind, helpful and I just feel so well cared for at every step from making an appointment up to the end of care, I couldn’t fault them.

I have been coming to this practise since I was a toddler for over 25+ years but never have I ever come across such professional but also compassionate empathetic members of staff like Artur (senior dental practitioner) and Emma (dental assistant). For somebody who suffers with complex mental health simple things like coming to the dentist can be very daunting especially the anxiety around having any teeth removed/surgical procedures - Today I experienced a full blown panic attack mid treatment however Emma was able to guide me through with breath work and Artur was able to clearly guide me through the whole surgical procedure frequently checking if I felt anything and if I was okay to continue. The service from beginning to end was exemplary and they should be both commended for how they handled me during treatment. A clear plan was put in place for further treatment and I cannot recommend either of them enough! Thank you so much both!! 🙂

As soon as I sat in the dentist's chair the crown preparation procedure was fully explained to me. During the procedure I was kept informed of what the next steps were and reassured at all times. Arthur has an easy going manner and puts you at ease. As dental procedures go, a very positive experience.

I’ve been a patient of Westpole for 33 years, and have never experienced a dentist quite as outstanding as Arthur. He is an incredible asset to the surgery and it is truly the first time in 33 years I’ve left with no pain, and a smile on my face, and all after a root canal! He is someone who genuinely cares for his patients and has a great dry sense of humour that immediately puts you at ease. His dental nurse is also excellent. I cannot recommend Arthur highly enough. Kim on reception is always great to see and has been a constant for a long time.

On behalf of Shenagh Shields I am a nervous patient but my dentist and hygienist are both lovely and helped to put me at ease. They explained in advance about what they were going to do, and did a review of next steps (eg, x-rays in 6-12 months/ walkthrough of flossing procedure). Kim on reception is great. She is down to earth and clearly understood my concerns about the price increases since my last visit. She told me about available options and helped me decide what to do with future appointments.
