I have only had good experiences of check-up and hygienist appointments here. Dr Shah is very good at explaining clearly what he's looking for and the rationale behind what he's doing. I've especially appreciated the way he does this with my children - he is kind in the way he deals with them, and also explains things calmly to them in ways they understand.

Have been using this dental clinic for 13 years plus.and I can’t fault anything. Dr Shah is gentle and patient aswell as very thorough. Isobel the hygienist is just so lovely and super efficient. The receptionists are lovely and friendly too. I hated going to the dentist for many years and avoided it because of that, until I discovered this dental clinic and I’m so glad I did.

I attended the Clinic with my son for both NHS and Private treatment. We saw Dr Khushil and I can honestly say, his demeanor and professionalism were exceptional. He was very patient, friendly and his energy was calming and pleasant. He made my son feel at ease with the treatment and he explained every step of the process and reassured my son throughout the treatment. His nurse was very lovely and and was very attentive and reassuring also. Receptionists were also very friendly and informative when I asked a few questions regarding the treatment and payment. I was very impressed and satisfied with the care and treatment my son received and have no hesitation in returning for further services for not only son but for myself also.

I always have a great experience at this dental clinic from start to finish. The front desk team was warm and welcoming. The dentists are not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional, and friendly dental clinic, I highly recommend this one.

My family and I have been patients here for many years, and the standard of care has always been exceptional. Every appointment is conducted with thoroughness and professionalism, and the dentists and hygienists consistently demonstrate both expertise and genuine kindness. This same level of professionalism extends to the front desk team, who are always welcoming and accommodating. Which is always useful with nervous children. While I have seen some negative reviews, I believe they do not reflect the true quality of this practice. Policies such as deposits for missed appointments are standard across many businesses and should not overshadow the excellent service provided here. In my experience, this is a highly reliable and compassionate dental practice that I recommend without hesitation.

Very high professionalism, they work very carefully. The office itself is very modern and very very clean. I have never been in such a positive and tidy place. We recently took our autistic son to the dentist and had such a genuinely positive experience with Dr. Patel. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Patel and the team were patient, kind, and incredibly understanding of our son’s needs. Dr. Patel took the time to explain what would happen in a calm, reassuring way, and never rushed the appointment. The staff created a comfortable environment, respected sensory sensitivities, and checked in frequently to make sure he felt safe. That thoughtful approach made a huge difference...our son felt heard and supported, and we left feeling relieved and grateful. If you’re a parent looking for a dentist who provides compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming care, I can’t recommend Dr. Patel highly enough. We truly appreciate the excellent care and the dignity and patience shown throughout the visit.
