I found Mr Dale to be excellent. He repaired my plate - not an easy job - very effectively. He was professional and clearly very skilled in his craft. I do agree that a spring clean of the room would be a good idea, however!
I went into Mr Dale’s practice for him to make me an upper denture. I went back as they were really uncomfortable. He took a fresh impression so he could modify the set that he’d made, failing that, make a new plate. Modified set were also uncomfortable but instead of making a new one as discussed, he decided to refund me the sum of £375 because if the new set didn’t fit, it would have been a waste of his time!!!!! What kind of professional does that????? A total waste of my time. A grubby practice. Very unprofessional. Clearly couldn’t be bothered. Dissatisfied. Disappointed. No teeth. AVOID.
