I was really nervous about having a tooth removed, but the dentist (Yousif Twaij) was so reassuring and calming from the moment I sat down. He worked quickly and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. The whole procedure was over much faster than I expected and honestly wasn't as bad as I feared. Very grateful for how professional and kind he was.

Excellent Care for My 3-Year-Old! Dr. Ankit and his assistant Paola were absolutely fantastic with my daughter during her visit. At just three years old, she felt completely at ease thanks to their kindness and professionalism. They were patient, gentle, and clearly experienced in working with young children. I truly appreciate their warm approach and highly recommend Bupa in Banstead to any parent looking for a great dental experience for their little ones!

Absolutely AMAZING! I took my son for the very first time to the dentist. (He will be 3 in August) I was very nervous 😬 but I shouldn’t have. They were extremely professional and child friendly. My son had a good time and he cooperated well. He got a sticker as well. Thank you so much!

I have been coming to this practice for years and all the staff and the service has always been great. In recent times, Ankit has been my dentist. I must say it is an absolute pleasure to be looked after by Ankit. He has got everything a great dentist should have: a great manner, friendly, professional, skilled, puts you at ease, makes you feel like you’re not just another patient-he is a real gem and an absolute star! Today I also met Jenny who was also great and was so friendly and efficient, making me feel so welcome. Thank you guys for a fabulous service! Can’t fault anything. Excellent!

Bupa Banstead is an absolutely brilliant practice. From the reception team, to dental professionals they really provide a world class service. They will always go above and beyond to accommodate convenient appointments. I have had fantastic treatments here. My children have also had great dental care experiences, the dentists are kind, understanding and patient. I will always highly recommend this practice ✨

Last week, I had broken a tooth and I couldn’t get an appointment with my own dentist and so I tried Bupa Dental Care Banstead. The receptionist was so caring and understanding, she took my number and managed to get me an appointment later that morning. I was lucky enough to see Dr Ankit Patel whom instantly put my mind at ease. He managed to fix my tooth without any pain and calmly talked me through the entire procedure. Highly recommend this dental practice. Extremely professional and caring. 10/10

Overall friendly helpful staff. In particular, my dentist Dr Twaij completed a composite bonding procedure to fix a chipped tooth. It has stood the test of time and he has been professional and courteous throughout treatment.
