I'm 60 years old, I've seen dentists and hygienists in over a dozen countries, and without doubt, Ashley House has given me the best all round service of any dental practice in my life. Neil Meeekin is a superlative periodontist, highly skilled, but very human and with a great patient manner. Natasha Tarry is unquestionably the best hygienist you could hope to find. And now there is Nishma Patel, their dental surgeon, who extracted 2 of my wisdom teeth last week - a completely pain and trouble free exercise. Ashley house dental really is pay dirt if you are looking to attend to any number of a wide range of dental issues. They are the real deal. Highly recommended.

I was referred by my dentist to Ashley House Specialist Dental Group. I firstly had a consultation with Neil Meekin which included examination and X-rays that confirmed that i have a severe form of gum disease, known as periodontitis. ‭‭Next, I had deep cleaning ‬‬the root surfaces below the gum line under local anaestаetic. The procedure was not painful and the results afterwards were great with improvements in my gums. I would highly recommend Ashley House and especially the specialist Neil Meekin for his professionalism, advice and care. Thank you 😊

Clinicians seemed competent, but administration was very poor. After my check-up on 13 January, no appointments were ever confirmed - April was only mentioned vaguely while I was waiting for a treatment plan and costs. The only communication I received was a last-minute reminder on 27 January for an appointment on 2 February that I had never agreed to (I had to call the practice 9 times in a single day and email to discuss what’s the reason for the booking and why no one informed me), so I couldn’t attend. Poor communication and lack of clarity forced me to seek treatment elsewhere.

This week I gave my dental history to a new dentist locally. This included, for 17 months from 2023 to 2024, having a swollen face, stabbing ear pain and losing weight from problems with mouth opening and chewing. I was referred by a consultant ENT surgeon to Ashley House; after a long delay, and a second consultant letter, shame on A.H.for refusing to see me. Zero star rating.
