Appointment after appointment cancelled year after year. Receptionists happy to help and professional. Dentist Lisa Clifford has no time and doesn't listen to patients would not recommend.

I have just had an appointment for an extraction with Jonathan Lam. My tooth had cracked, the filling had fallen out and there was an infection too. Not the best of circumstances!! However, the extraction was painless and quick. Mr Lam and his assistant were extremely professional and caring. They explained everything to me beforehand very carefully. I could barely believe that it was all over so quickly and painlessly. They went above and beyond, as did Lisa on Reception, who did everything to get me seen to quickly. Miss Nabi was also very helpful. Brilliant work- I am so grateful to you all.

Received amazing treatment over the last few months from Lisa Clifford and team. Even with the shortage of appointment availability they did their best to get my treatments done as quickly and as smoothly as possible. It’s not an ideal situation at present but I appreciated every effort made. Becoming unwell during my appointment every effort was made to assure me and assist me in feeling better with no rush through the appointment, receiving the understanding and time needed to recover. Painless treatment with sound advice given. An experience I would rather not endure but none the less made easier by the understanding and professional staff. Thank you for all your efforts

Great team and superb Service, I am the most nervous person you can meet when it comes to dentist work. From the front Desk to the dentist and assistents they really do care and all do a great job. Well done and special thanks to Bethany and her team, fantastic work

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to dentist Somaira Washy from the Wallace Thomas Hobson & Emmett clinic – a wonderful specialist and professional in her field, who loves her job. She did everything so quickly and professionally, and most importantly painlessly, that now for me she is my TOOTH FAIRY! Also a big thank you to the nurse who assisted, you are the best! Thank you!

I first came to this dentist mid last year as a new patient with an issue a previous dental practise never corrected (root canal) Sameet and his team was out standing made me feel calm and relaxed from the get go. Since they fixed me up I've never had an issue. Was able to get my next appointment sorted with a time that works around the school run and my job so that's always a plus for me. I will be with this dental practice for the foreseeable future that's for sure. Ps if I could put more than 5 stars I would be

I was recently seen by Sebastian Cano after years of letting my teeth get gradually worse and I feel like I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. It was the best dentist appointment I've ever had, he was patient, listened to what I had to say and he (and his assistant - didn't catch her name, sorry) reassured and put me at so much ease that I don't even feel nervous about all of my future treatment/appointments. I was absolutely paralysed with fear before, now I can't recommend/thank this dentist enough and my treatments not even started yet.
