I've had a great experience at this orthodontic practice. All the staff are very professional, friendly, and always happy to help. I'm really happy with my treatment so far and appreciate the care and attention I’ve received. Highly recommend!

Cannot say a bad word about this place. It may not be a modern surgery but the staff here are lovely. We have had a previous experience at another local Orthodontist and they wrote my son off straight away. J Alves took his time and talked us through everything he was doing and our options. Not sure who the other people saw on their reviews but the orthodontist we saw was fantastic and made my son feel at ease. Thank you for not giving up on him like the other surgery did.

My son had a very thorough service from Links Orthodontics in Ashton-under-Lyne. He has had an amazing transformation and an improvement to his smile. The team here is very professional, hard working, diligent and kind when needed. We are extremely pleased with the result! Thank you ans keep up the great work!

Dentists are good but everyone else is extremelly unprofessional !! Booked an appointment for us without telling us and while we were out of the country and with no UK mobile signal. When we were back, they said my son had missed too many appointments (!!??) and so he would have to be discharged, braces removed and refused to make retainers for him. Horrible customer service! Avoid at all cost! It will just cost you loads when they mess up and you have to go private to fix it!!

We had an appointment with J Alves. He was EXTREMELY arrogant and had zero compassion/bedside manner. Also a very pokey office, cluttered which made it feel dirty. Would NOT go back.

Insanely unprofessional! They cancelled my appointment but didn't think to tell me until I got there, to which the rude receptionist shrugged it off AND sent me a message telling me my appointment was cancelled 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have passed. They then sent me a message for a new appointment that had not even been arranged with me, although they said they would call me to book it. Previously, I had brackets break off a few hours after my appointments, to which they replied to tell me that if they continue to break, they will stop treatment when they did not glue them properly.

What a lovely practice and an amazing team! Jamie the orthodontist was very professional and explained everything very clearly. Wendy on reception couldn’t do enough and made it really easy for us to make appointment whiles keeping in contact with me through out all the treatment. Thanks so much guys happy with the outcome. Defo recommend
