I recently joined Forever Dental in Ashtead and couldn't be happier with my experience. As a nervous patient, I was immediately put at ease by Mary Talbot and Francesca Berg, who are both highly professional, personable and reassuring. Mary carried out a tooth extraction with great care and, when additional anaesthetic was needed due to a deeper infection, Murray Pratt stepped in to assist. I really appreciated the team's professionalism and collaborative approach in making sure I was comfortable and properly looked after throughout the procedure. Francesca made my hygiene appointment a very positive experience, taking the time to reassure me and helping me feel relaxed throughout. Amanda and Anna at Reception are always friendly, welcoming and helpful too. I genuinely feel safe there and confident that I'm in very good hands. Highly recommended.

I have a patient with Mary at forever dental for 3 years and I can never see another dentist again. Mary is very patient especially if get slightly anxious like me. She is gentle and instantly makes going to the dentist a pleasure. Always explains everything very well and listens with care. Highly recommend the whole practice as they work efficiently as a team from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by lovely reception staff to the cheerful dental nurse.

I have been visiting this practice since it opened and over the years have used their Invisalign services as well as ongoing teeth check ups and maintenance. I was thrilled with my Invisalign results, and continue to be pleased with the ongoing standard of care. The practice always has a warm and welcoming environment and all the staff you speak to are friendly and helpful. Dr Pratt is hugely knowledgeable and practical in his advice, and puts his clients at ease. I would highly recommend this practice and its extensive range of services.

I have received dental care from Forever Dental and Skin for a number of years. The friendly service appears to be up with the latest equipment and techniques, and has ensured that treatment is only undertaken when necessary. I've one or two issues that will require treatment in the foreseeable future. These have been watched and reported on at each check up in preparation for treatment when this becomes necessary. I am very happy to recommend their services.

Really good experience at Forever Dental & Skin. Mary has been brilliant with my root canal - explained everything clearly and obviously very skilled at what she does. The front desk team are always friendly and super helpful. Not cheap but well worth it in my view.

Every moment I walk in, I genuinely feel welcomed. The team always goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, which I really appreciate given how unpredictable my work can be. Rebooking is never a hassle, and they make it so easy. What really sets this practice apart is the people. Every member of staff, from reception through to the dentists and nurses themselves, are incredibly attentive. The thing that blows my mind every single time is how they remember the little details about my family from our brief conversations. We do not visit all that often, yet they pick up exactly where we left off. It makes the whole experience feel so personal and homey, more like catching up with people who genuinely care than a routine appointment. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Murray Pratt for the last 5 years and I couldn't recommend him and the practice more. Murray is an excellent dentist with great care and a lovely patient manner. His staff are very professional and from the moment you enter the practice you feel calm and well taken care of.
