Arch Dental Surgery

We are so lucky to have this NHS Dentist surgery in our area. They are so knowledgeable and gentle and they explain carefully what they are finding and doing. They never rush you. I also see the Hygienist team here too who are also very professional and friendly and they have helped me keep my teeth and gums in the best condition. When I was a child in the 1960-70s I had a dentist who used to drill large fillings without anaesthetic and so I find the professionalism and calm at Arch Dental allays all the fears that that previous experience created.

I have been a patient at Arch for over 20 years and have recently had my first crown fitted. Kushali made the whole experience more than bearable. She was patient and explained the whole process clearly and methodically. Thank you - I would highly recommend Arch Dental Surgery

Left me in a lot of pain then sent me to a private dentist in in Dorking for a root cannel. It cost a lot of money. They are ment to send you to a nhs one . Spent nearly 2k on root canal and crown . The crown has not been put on properly its ment to cover the tooth . I have since left Arch dentist and gone else where.. Will not do a Root Canal will send you private. I only found this out when I couldn't get an appointment at arch and went to another dentist .

I saw Angela Chen yesterday and today with a problem molar that I decided to have extracted. Angela was absolutely terrific, from start to finish. She patiently listened and explained the options. Today she was gentle and expertly anaesthetised the area before painlessly removing the molar. Again she patiently and clearly explained what to expect. Brilliant. I have been a patient with the Arch Dental Surgery for many years and I have always experienced politeness, helpfulness and excellent treatment. My last appointment with a hygienist, Sheena Fogg, was likewise excellent.

Angela Chen attended to my son with the utmost care, diligence, and superb "bedside manner". Three hour-long treatments for a root canal infection and subsequent filling and she explained each step with great care. She checked her work with others - a reassuring "second opinion" (not needed, but wise) and, as a family, we are grateful to Arch for looking after our family so quickly and comprehensively.

Worse than not being able to find a dentist!! I'm in the same condition but my wallet is lighter. This place took the money for an emergency nhs dentist appointment then claimed they couldn't do anything until I'd paid them for a private hygienist appointment. Wasted my time and essentially stole the emergency appointment fee (and whatever they claim back from the NHS). This was the owner "dr" Bhatt so it's a scam from the top down. Avoid at all costs!

I would like to thank the whole team at the surgery for all their care. A big shout out to Kishali and Sanghi who are extremely professional as well as being both kind and caring. Makes visiting the dentist a whole lot easier 🙂
