I had not been to the dentist in 15 years as I only had 3 teeth left on the bottom and one of them was starting to give me some pain. So i called in to clear dentist at 9.15 on Monday morning and explained that I wanted the 3 teeth removed but because it had been so long since I was last there i was removed from their list but the girls on the reception took my details and gave me an appointment for 2.30 the same day. When i arrived I was taking into a cubicle and the dentist called Meive explained the procedure and said she could do the extractions there and now and was able to have the 3 teeth added to my bottom plate for the next day . All i can say is that anyone who complains about the dentists and staff at Clear dentists that they must be very very hard to please I would and will recommend to anyone. E A Gumley

As someone who lost their normal NHS dentist during Covid, I was grateful to Clear Dental for being part of the government programme that helps emergency patients without a registered dentist. They did an excellent job in my case!

Been waiting for 18 months on an appointment. I have had 3 appointments cancelled on me during this time. The last time I made it into the surgery but the dentist came in an hour late then took patients who came in after me. No apology and just told we will be contacted to rearrange another appointment. That was eight months ago and when I last rang up they told me to go private. They can accommodate anyone as long as you are willing to pay for Den Plan. Just give everyone a straight answer and let us know if NHS customers are no longer welcome.

I joined via Denplan have had no issues with the dentist, Peter is friendly gets the job done, has never hurt me like other dentists and the ladies out the front are very friendly and helpful! And wait lists when with Denplan are great - £15 a month is not that bad all things considered 🙂 just got a filling done today and you wouldn't even notice it quick in and out.

I had a broken tooth and was in a lot of pain. Clear dental was able to give me a next day appointment after trying a few dentists listed as emergency practices. The dentist that saw to me was very kind and helpfull, managing to remove a big back tooth with an abscess under it, with as little discomfort as possible. Thank you.

Having been a patient for over ten years including being a paying patient at the start I now cannot get any appointments. My last 4 appointments over the last 18 months have all been cancelled on the day as the dentist was "sick" ( 4 times?) I feel that they no longer want NHS patients but don't want to admit it. I have been trying to get an emergency appointment due to pain in the last few days which I would not have if they had honoured their previous appointments, only to be told in a cold and unfriendly manner if in pain that I should call Dalriada over the weekend. Zero stars for customer care.

My Sister-In-Law had the privilege of visiting your practice on Thursday 16th May in EXTREME PAIN. She was told that she was no longer a patient as she had not been there from 2022 even though she had been a member for nearly a decade. She explained politely that during 2022 she was diagnosed with TERMINAL CANCER and unfortunately her teeth had not been top of her priority as she has been receiving chemotherapy and immunotherapy. There was No EMPATHY at all from the 4 receptionists sitting behind the desk, granted there was only one having exchange conversations with her. She was told there was nothing they could do for her. However, the receptionist did give her the number of the emergency dentist, and then added she would not be able to ring them until Saturday morning. My Sister-In-Law thanked them for their compassion and left. She is on borrowed time and the way she was treated by Clear Dental in Antrim was and is an absolute disgrace. Thankfully her experience at Antrim Dental Care was completely different.
