Avoid this place at all costs! My tooth extraction was a total disaster and I was overcharged—they quoted me one price and then surprisingly charged much more. Now, a week later, I have a serious infection, high fever and I’m dizzy. When I called for help, they refused to send an electronic prescription to my local pharmacy, even though they’ve done it before. They expected me to drive 30 minutes in this state! Absolutely zero patient care. Unprofessional and dangerous. Stay away!

I've been attending this dentist for a few years now, it's a big practice and always busy, but my appointments never feel rushed. Today I had my first ever appointment with a hygienist. I was a bit apprehensive but she was very good at explaining what she was going to do, what she was seeing and it was totally painless. Thank you Wendy, see you again in a year. 😁

Our family have been attending MacDonald and Morson dental practice for a few years now since having to change practices due to lack of Dentists. All staff are friendly, professional and efficient. My daughter had to undertake some treatment today for the first time. As expected, she was anxious about a new experience. She highlighted her concerns to our dentist Kate Seymour and her Dental Nurse ( sorry didn't get your name)and they took their time to explain every step of the procedure. They both have a caring and compassionate manner and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Dentist. Huge thanks again. My daughter had a very positive experience.

Let's be honest nobody actually likes going to a dentist but this place is class nice reception staff and the dentists are top notch and will do what they can to make the patient feel at ease. They have helped me a lot over the past few months with unsuspected fillings that needed done got me in right away and they are very fairly priced also, great place to have on your doorstep I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great friendly staff and dentist is very knowledgeable and friendly. I used to have a fear of going to the dentist but Gordon manged my phobia, and now I'm quite at ease in my visits.

This dentists is so efficient and clean and quick. My dentist is Dr Thomson and she's great. Doesn't fill the appointment with pointless small talk, she's quick and she communicates everything she's about to do/has done. I mentioned I was nervous at the start of my appointment and she took me seriously and offered ideas when relevant. I didn't need them in the end as she and her dental nurse were so good. This is my first experience of an NHS Dentist as I've always had private before but I'm so glad to have been able to make the switch.

I have just finished a course of treatment with Dr Findlay and he is a brilliant dentist. He has a lovely manner and is very gentle and patient, explaining the process step by step and answering all questions. Many thanks to Dr Findlay and the dental nurse who is also great. Would highly recommend.
