Came for urgent treatment and I suspected I might need a root canal if the tooth wasn’t too damaged. The dentist and dental assistant were so friendly and professional, explaining their processes thoroughly but without being patronising. Unfortunately the damage was too extensive for them to fully treat in the session but I was given options and a course of action to follow. Hopefully I don’t have to come in to urgent treatment again but if I did I would feel very comfortable and know I’m in safe hands.
Marvellous brilliant fantastic amazing...always had good experience with dentists...from my aunt growing up...to the dentist who sorted my root canal at midnight in Iceland without anaesthetic 😬 .. it needed done...to the local place in Angus ...to this 2nd to none experience for my 88 Yr old mum from the care home...superb...thank you sooo much
Called up to ask for an appointment due to ongoing bleeding gums/ possibly gingivitis. The receptionist was very rude and told me "you’re not a priority so phone back in August for an appointment" ?? Rude, unprofessional and why am I not a priority? Have now left the practice.
I went to this clinic today for an emergency appointment and I cannot thank the team enough. I was in unbearable pain, and the dentist, nurse and receptionist were all incredibly kind, professional and supportive. The dentist performed a pulp removal which immediately relieved my pain, and I was also given the right prescription to control the infection. They truly saved me from terrible pain and treated me with patience and genuine care. I am so grateful for their help, they really made a huge difference when I needed it the most. Highly recommended!🙏♥️🌟
I had an emergency appointment here on Saturday morning and I have a phobia of dentist but the staff here are amazing can’t thank you ladies enough!
My 9 yo son was forwarded here, as it was referred to be better equipped for treating kids. The good: successfully removed 2 bad baby teeth The bad: no cleaning or preparation was done prior to setting the crown. The second crown was to small, so did not set properly, and was left as is (I was told it would fall off in couple weeks, but it didn't). The ugly: as the crooked crown was bothering my son and he could not fully bite in and considering next appointment was set in 2.5 months, we went to a private dentistry to check it out and remove it. What the dentist there found was really concerning: all 4 permanent chewing teeth had deep cavities and needed urgent treatment; the baby tooth with the crown was actually in pretty good shape and possibly did not needed to be treated, as would fall out quite soon... This is the second NHS dentistry, where we didn't have proper diagnostics/treatment, so I'm starting to think that there's no such thing as quality free dentistry
Had an emergency appointment Sunday 3rd September for toothache. I was seen by Magda and her assistant and they made me feel so at ease. I had to have the tooth removed and I am a very anxious person and they were wonderful! Really lovely girls! Would recommend them very highly
