The customer service at Hilton Dental stood out to me most. The team are welcoming, attentive, and highly collaborative. You can explain your concerns in plain terms, and they will take the time to offer a thoughtful, bespoke treatment plan rather than steering you into a standard process. This level of care is uncommon in the UK and feels closer to what you would expect in the US. It is also clear that the team enjoy their craft. Conversations about treatment are open and respectful, even when opinions differ. Having encountered dentists who can be defensive about their work, I found the atmosphere here inviting instead. I have visited perhaps 20 to 30 private dental clinics across the UK. Hilton Dental is the clinic I have remained with the longest. I think it might genuinely be the best one in the region with regard to quality of care and customer interaction.

It's always the staff who makes a business great and the staff here are beyond brilliant. They are professional but also so supportive, kind and patient. As like many other i have a bit of a phobia when it comes to the dentist but I have never had a dentist that was so willing to make the smallest changes to make such a huge difference. I was listened to and the follow up was brilliant. I can't believe I left there smiling bigger than I thought possible. If you're on the fence give them a phone, they are beyond brilliant.

Absolutely excellent dentists , as matter of fact, for me personally , the best dentists I ever had …, was looking for a dentists, in my local area , as I just moved over, few months back and left it , until I’ve got hit with an emergency sort of pain … couldn’t get appointment anywhere else except with Hilton Dentists(thanks god) but not until the end of March , so I phone them up and guys were super friendly and more than willing to help they were able to squeeze me in for the next day … and the service I ve received and experienced was absolutely outstanding (and that is still an understatement) , I felt like being treated as royalty , with so much of professionalism ,respect , and immense care at every step in our two session’s journey … with Dr.Joy such tremendously professional and talented dentist and I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for New practice

This is truly one of the cleanest and most welcoming dental clinics I have ever visited. The entire team is incredibly friendly, especially the dental assistants, who always take the time to ask the right questions and carefully review patient history to ensure the best care. The dentist treating me has been absolutely outstanding. He explains every step clearly before beginning, and even during procedures he takes the time to explain what is happening. This approach makes a huge difference, helping to ease nerves and remove the stress that many of us feel when visiting the dentist. What stands out most is the genuine care and full attention given to each patient. It is reassuring to know that both the history and comfort of the patient are taken so seriously. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in Aberdeen looking for excellent dental care. Without a doubt, it is one of the best dental clinics I have ever experienced.

Such a welcoming and clean dental practice. I switched from another dentist in Aberdeen where I had a very bad experience, so it has been incredibly refreshing to find a dentist who truly cares and takes their time. Harin and his team are very friendly, help ease your nerves, and remove the stress of visiting the dentist.

The Hilton dental practice are polite and easy to deal with and it is a pleasure to deal with partners and staff.

Couldn’t recommend Harin & the team enough, I’m petrified of the dentist but they made me feel at ease from the minute walking in the door! Harin took his time to get to know me & my son, about our teeth and health and gave me great tips & advise for going forward! They were amazing with my son who’s 4 years old (in September) and made him feel at ease also, showing him what the equipment etc does. 100% recommend and I’m not dreading my next appointment, thank you!
