Woodside Dental Practice

Best dental practice I have been registered with. The staff are so kind, gentle and are very understanding when your feeling nervous. Especially when I suffer from anxiety as well. I am normally quite terrified going to the dentist but the staff at woodside make the experience more bearable. Thank you guys so much for the service that you provide. It is very much appreciated.

The reception team always greet you with a smile and are always very helpful and professional. Clinically, the dental nurses, and my dentist Dr Cameron have all been brilliant, caring and very understanding. As someone who gets anxious at the dentist they all made my experience very comfortable. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend Woodside dental practice.

Highly recommend Woodside Dental Practice!! Every member of staff in the practice who have attended to myself and the rest of the family are so lovely, professional and patient. Time is taken to explain and you never feel rushed. Reception staff are kind, caring and so, so helpful.

I have been attending this practice for most of my life and have absolutely no intention of that changing! Reception staff are beyond helpful and have always managed to find a suitable time for my appointments despite my last minute requests. This level of service and friendliness doesn't seem to be anything other than second nature to them. As someone who dislikes any sort of medical procedure, both my dentist Jonathan and Hygienist Lizel do a phenomenal job of putting me at ease, and I couldn't ask for better care to be taken with my teeth. During a regular visit after a year-long wait, which had been postponed several times, I told the dentist that I had a crack in a tooth that had been diagnosed by my previous dentist.After a two-minute check-up, he gave me an appointment for a visit in two months. Two weeks after this, my tooth was completely chipped. I wrote to them to make an emergency appointment, and they replied that they don't give emergency appointments without checking for pain. It's a shame that these kinds of situations happen. People should be treated as such, especially when it comes to health issues.
