I had a wonderful experience with Jess for my hygienist appointment! From the moment I walked in, she was super warm, friendly, and personable. I sometimes feel a bit nervous going to the dentist, but Jess was incredibly attentive. She was constantly checking in during the treatment to make sure I was okay, and her kind, non-judgmental approach really put me at ease. My teeth feel so much better after her thorough cleaning! She also did a great job educating and advising me on at-home dental care in a way that felt supportive rather than lecturing. She was truly great. Thank you also to Emily, who I met with beforehand to discuss my treatment. She was very personable and took the time to answer my questions clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I can't recommend this team enough! Thank you!

I was fitted with Invisalign clear aligners & following the successful conclusion of this process I had composite bonding applied to some of my teeth. Every stage of the procedures was explained to me & I felt that an outcome that I would be satisfied with was as important to the dentist (Dr Jappy Sond) as it was to me. All the staff are welcoming & friendly & I would recommend the clinic, you will be well looked after.

I have always found the clinic to provide excellent treatment and advice for dental issues and prevention of tooth and gum disease. My recent visit was to the hygienist, Jess. I value her holistic approach, and I never experience discomfort during the treatment. I should also like to give praise to the dental nurses who ably assist the clinicians.

Jess was excellent. I have never seen a hygienist before and was very anxious, she was very friendly and put me at ease, explained what she was doing as she was doing it and kept in me informed how far into treatment i was. Very helpful ongoing advice too.

I started my Invisalign plan last year and have now finished. I am happy with my teeth and I received really good care from my dentist who has now just left. Unfortunately only a month later some of my composite bonding has chipped away already. I did mention this at my final appointment but nothing was said about it so I just left it as the location of the dentist is not great for me to get to. All in all, I am happy with my teeth, I feel more confident in my smile. Just something to remember if you are going with a pram, and the reason for the 4 star is to get into the dentist, there are two high steps to get into the dentist, I really struggled to get the pram up the steps and open the door myself and on three occasions when no customers were at reception, the reception staff just watched as I really struggled to get in and didn’t help me.

I have been dealing with Blossom Dental practice for a few months now and have been pleased with all forms of communication and treatment. All staff that I've had dealings with have been pleasant, informative, reassuring, patient, conscientious, and helpful in every way, and have made a trip to the dentist a comfortable experience - something I never thought I would say!

Lovely environment and super caring staff, very friendly engaging reception. Since changing our dental practice we feel so much more happy as the quality of treatment is of a higher standard.
