Amazing service. I have gone from being terrified of going to the dentist, to now I am calm and confident to attend appointments for a variety of treatments. From reception, to dentist and dental nurse the communication, care, support, treatment and after care is superb. I didn’t feel rushed, throughout treatment I was told what was happening. I felt very understood and they treated me accordingly to ease my anxiety and stress. Payment plans are an option and they discuss this you and their quotes for me have been very accurate. Highly recommend this dental surgery.

As a new patient, I was a bit nervous, but Zarina Surve-Szilagyi was incredibly considerate, gentle and reassuring throughout my appointment. Min, the receptionist, was also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I’m really grateful for the excellent care and professionalism.

After a bad experience elsewhere, I followed a recommendation and visited Ilchester Dental Centre. The service, the dentists, the care has been second to none. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and have put extra measures in place for my sensitive teeth. They also offer a payment plan which has made a massive difference so I can pay monthly instead of one big bill. I would highly recommend.

Great dental practice. Everyone is so lovely and friendly and my dentist tells me exactly what is happening and is very gentle. If you have any fear of dentists I highly recommend you book an appointment here.

Zarina and her lovely dental nurses, showed the highest possible professionalism, care and understanding when I then had to undergo root canal work. Excellant Service from the Receptionist through to the Dentist. I am terrified of the dentist industry after a dreadful school dentist in the 1970's. They all made me feel at ease and had a positive appointment today.
