Bridge End Dental Practice

I visited Bridge End Dental Practice today for a routine appointment, and I had a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the staff are all professional, helpful, and courteous. Steph on reception and Ffion the hygienist both greeted me warmly on arrival and Ffion treated my teeth very well. I always receive excellent treatment here and Steph and Ffion are great assets to the practice.

The workers at bridge end are so outstanding ! I come here myself , and my little boy also. Appointments are quick and easy to make , I always feel so cared for by the team , since having my little boy I’ve suffered horrendously with my teeth being very brittle etc , the staff here have thoroughly looked after me ! My little boy had his 2nd appointment here today , the Brazilian dentist, and the lady with glasses and blonde hair were absolutely amazing ( sorry , i didn’t catch names ) This is my little boys 2nd appointment here , he was very anxious coming in , quite naggy etc also , and the staff cheered him up so much , playing with his toys , turning things into a game to cheer him up etc I received fab advice on how to clean his teeth correctly with him disliking brushing , and also having a dummy. The staff and advice o received was amazing Thank you !

Amazing service from start to finish! Without doubt the best dental practice I have ever been a patient of! All the staff make you feel at ease and are so helpful from start to finish of the process! Special mention to Debbie who was ace throughout made me feel very comfortable and was so professional! As a nervous goer to the dentist I can honestly say that the dental practice has gave me a massive confidence boost and now I even enjoy going to the dentist!

Our family are patients at Bridge End Dental practice, the whole team are very friendly and welcoming. My boys are 6 & 8 years old and all the staff took time to talk to them and answer their many questions! I recently took my son for an emergency appointment, Steph one of the dental nurses was covering reception and made my son feel at ease as soon as we arrived. She also made a fuss of him after his appointment and he got to choose a sticker! A great dental practice, would definitely recommend.

I had my teeth cleaned by Alice and they felt super afterwards! Debbie was a super assistant, excellent with the suction and made sure I was comfortable during my appointment! Both very professional, and definitely the best clean I’ve ever had 🤩

We had a fantastic first experience at Bridge End Dental Practice last week.
