I have a few appointments over the past 6 weeks at My Dentist, all staff have been fantastic, however, Bailey on reception is such a credit to the practice. From my first appointment Bailey has put me at my ease, she has incredible communication skills and nothing has been too much trouble when I’ve needed to book or rearrange appointments, she’s a whirlwind of efficiency. Bailey has been a ray of sunshine and has actually made me look forward to coming into the practice as I know I will be looked after. Thank you Bailey, you have been fantastic.

Excellent dental practice, but the standout part of my experience was Jess and Olivia on reception. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. Their customer service is genuinely outstanding and they are a huge credit to the practice.

Joe and Jess were sociable and kind. Joe is excellent. He made me feel very comfortable, explained all procedures clearly, was kind and thoughtful. His professionalism is excellent. Would recommend to everyone.

I honestly can’t recommend this dental practice enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel completely at ease—and that’s saying something for somewhere that most people usually feel a bit nervous about! Farah is absolutely fantastic—professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and so thorough when explaining everything. She really takes the time to talk through your needs, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident about your treatment. You never feel rushed or unsure, which makes such a difference. Nic is just as wonderful. Together, they make such a great team—friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They also have a brilliant sense of humour, which really helps take the edge off and makes the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable. It’s rare to find a dental team that combines expertise with such kindness and a personal touch. If you’re looking for a practice where you’ll feel looked after every step of the way, this is definitely the place to go! Would give more stars if I could. Thank you!

First visit today on a dental plan and I was really impressed. Really good customer service, the Dentist was really kind and gentle and the attention to dental health was excellent. Glad I have signed up to this surgery and good value for money.

Visited today for a filling. As always, excellent customer service & treatment from the team. Charinthra is very efficient, and is communicative & a gentle dentist. She is kind and explains how the process is going. Jess, Olivia & Jas, along with Sophie, on reception, are lovely & are clearly well managed by Conor.

The dentist who treated me is amazing! She made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this dental practice
