Bupa Dental Care Worcester - St Johns

My partner hasn’t been to the Dentist in 17 years and it’s absolutely terrified but was having excruciating pain with his teeth, We booked a very last-minute appointment with Bupa Bromyard Road, Worcester and saw the fantasticNicky and stassi. They did an x-ray and told us that he needed a tooth extraction. When we came back for the procedure, my partner was feeling very anxious extremely nervous but these two marvellous women did an amazing job extracting the tooth in one piece and we all came out laughing and smiling and since then my partner has been able to come back for several visits without any anxiety. Dental care I have received from Anam at St John’s, Worcester has been excellent, and well supported by the dental nurses working with her. After a previous bad experience at the dentist, my teeth needed a lot of attention over three appointments. Anam is a very skilled and gentle dentist, extremely thorough in her approach and attentive to the needs of her patient. Highly recommended.

Had two fillings this morning with Dr Anam and her assistant Lacey and I am happy with the results. They were both friendly and professional and my appointment was finished within the hour. Thanks to both of them for making the whole process stress free.

Bupa introduced some dental treatment on my policy which has been a lifesaver as I can’t find an NHS dentist that’ll take me on. Lucy is my hygienist and my teeth always very great when I leave. She’s very informative. All in all a great place for dental care.

I can’t recommend St. John’s Bupa Dental highly enough. After some difficult experiences with dental care in the past, Hygienist Sara and Dentist Asif have genuinely helped restore my faith. They were both kind, patient, and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding, and the whole team was welcoming and supportive. Excellent staff, excellent care — I’m truly grateful for such a positive experience.

Anam Sadozai's care and treatment is to the highest professional and quality standards and possesses flair and finesse in addition to excellent levels of competency. The dental nurses and reception staff combine to give a 5-star team performance.

I would highly advice anyone considering this dental practice and Dr Nigel Reynolds / Amanda Tipton to look elsewhere. Fortunately I've avoided £000s of treatment with them. Atrocious customer service, misleading terms on 0%APR, delays, absence of any communication, and the last straw was an almost 50% increase in cost of the final treatment from the first consultation, without any explanation or ability to justify it when challenged. Customer service is simple, things go wrong, accept responsibility and do something to put it right. Not this practice, just an apathetic apology "that I feel this way". I'll be taking my case to BUPA Complaints. Time and effort everyone can do without but I'm left with no choice. Save yourselves your time, effort and money, avoid St Johns Dental.
