I have received excellent treatment from Jonathan Pugh incorporating a significant number of implants over the years for which I am extremely grateful. More recently I consulted Jon about front crowns which had failed and thankfully he was able to replace with implants to bring back normality. I have appreciated the care from the practice including reception, the dental nurses and the hygienist. It was recommended that I receive more intensive dental hygiene with specialist equipment than was provided by a usual dental practice. Hygienist Lisa with Nurse Codie have ensured that the implants have been protected by having regular appointments to identify any problems.

I have nothing but praise for Parkdale. Jon is so calm and patient (he deals with my nerves so well)! I can’t thank him enough. The difference my implants have made to my life is just amazing - I feel so much more confident since having them. Julian too always puts me at my ease and is so efficient as is Lisa, the hygienist, who, together with Cody, looks after me so well. Lisa always puts me at ease! What can I say about Mel, my first port-of—call, who always sorts out my appointments and requests with great efficiency and kindness. Thank you so much everyone at Parkdale - I’m so grateful.

I recently had an urgent situation with a filling that had fallen out the night before, so I contacted Parkdale Dental for help. I was amazed by their quick response—when I asked if they could fit me in, they said that if I could get there within 30 minutes, they’d see me right away. True to their word, as soon as I arrived, I was seen by Jon without any delay. The entire process was seamless and professional. Jon replaced my filling with ease, and I was so impressed by how comfortable the entire experience was. From Mel at reception to Jon and Lucie in the treatment room, everyone made me feel at ease and in expert hands. The level of customer service was exceptional from start to finish. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly prioritises their patients, I cannot recommend Parkdale enough. Geoff

I have seen Jon several times at Parkdale and he has always made me feel calm and relaxed explaining all treatments in great detail. There is a lovely happy atmosphere from walking into the practice and being welcomed by Mel at reception to entering the surgery and being looked after by Gemma Lucie or Jordan at different visits. All staff are welcoming and friendly would not hesitate to recommend Parkdale to any of my friends and family.

Always find staff at Parkdale very friendly and helpful. Visited yesterday to see hygienist for routine appointment. Mel made me feel very welcome as usual so did Lisa and Codie. I always feel at ease when I go there and know I am getting the best treatment available. Wouldn't go anywhere else now and would highly recommend them . My implant journey has been easy and as pain free as possible thanks to Jon and April who were very kind and considerate at every stage as where the whole team. Julian sorted out my dentures for me He is very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Amazing service today at parkdale dental practice!! Mel greeted me at reception and was ever so helpful. I felt super comfortable in the hands of all the dental nurses Lucie, Gemma and Jordan, they were so kind.
