Codsall Dental Practice

I've been with this practice since it started and before that with previous teams across the road at The Square and before that with Mr Baker in Cannock! I've never 'looked forward' to visiting the dentist but I've not once felt nervous or anxious. The team there today are just wonderful and the whole experience is welcoming with a perfect balance of professional and friendly. I had to undergo treatment recently. Although not anxious, there is always some (shall we say) trepidation. I have to say I was completely bowled over by how incredibly smooth the whole experience was. No discomfort, no pain, everything explained in the right level of detail and, having subsequently followed the advice given, nothing of any significance in the way of discomfort afterwards. Vicki was nothing short of remarkable and I can't thank the team enough for their attention and patience. A special thank you to Arlene whose smile and warmth simply make your day when you walk in!

Excellent dental practice. I have been going to this surgery for 30+ years, I have a 30 mins drive to get there but I think it is well worth the journey. Everyone at the surgery are very friendly, professional and considerate.

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, making every step of the process stress-free. Their gentle approach and focus on hygiene created a comfortable environment. My husband has recently required some extractions and a new bridge. Throughout the whole process everyone at the practice have been friendly and considerate. Angela has gone out of her way to explain the various procedures necessary to both of us. Thank you all so much for making my husbands visits as pleasant and pain free as possible.

Have just joined this practice and had first appointment. I found the whole experience professional and ideal for any dental practice. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and I wasn't kept waiting, although I appreciate that there will always be times when that will occur, but the waiting area is ideal.
