I tracked down my dentist having had such brilliant care previously I was so disappointed when she left. Katy is now at Robinspool and what a lovely practice. Such a friendly considerate team just the sort of approach to make you feel at ease. To anyone who needs a caring and skilled dentist or perhaps previous clients who have lost touch Katy Samson she is now able to accept new patients. Highly recommended from every aspect.

I visited Katy for the first time recently and it was one of the most reassuring dental experiences I've had. From the moment I sat down, she had a wonderful way of putting you at ease, warm, gentle, and genuinely caring throughout. What really stood out was how practical and thoughtful her approach was. She assessed the health of my teeth and we have a clear plan in place for that, but she also took the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve aesthetically, giving really balanced advice considering cost, time, and realistic outcomes. If you're looking for a dentist who combines expertise with a kind, no-pressure approach and helps you think through your options properly, I couldn't recommend Katy highly enough.

I am so glad I was referred to this practice. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, with exceptional aftercare and communication. My dentist Kesar has a genuinely warm and compassionate approach and really made me feel at ease during my treatment. Great staff, friendly and professional. They are very open and caring and go to great lengths to explain how and what treatments you need / are having. Sally Pearce has been my dentist for many years now and I absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else. I have no idea what the other reviewer, M. Jones was saying, it certainly has not been my experience, possibly just a personality clash?

Very unhappy with this practice of late. Had a cracked tooth which they xrayed and saw an infection. Won't clasify this as an emergency so won't remove it for 3 weeks... I've had other feedback from other dentists and they agreed that this needs dealing with ASAP. In addition to this, when i enquired about a replacement tooth, they indicated the price could be around £3000. When I asked in writing, this figure was £3500 to £5000. Other practices have quoted me around £1500.

I'm not a great fan of dentists... However when I first started going to Robinspool the staff were very understanding and helped me get over my nerves. Now, although I still don't enjoy it, I can sit in the chair relatively calmly. The staff are welcoming and wear PPE constantly. During lockdown I broke a tooth, and I was extremely nervous about such close personal contact. However I needn't have worried - it was like an operating theatre. Like all private dentists, it's not cheap, but the care and skill of the dentists makes it worth it.
