Nine Mile Ride Dental Practice

Friendly and very professional dental practice. They take great care with patients, give clear treatment advice, and are very considerate when carrying out treatment. Dr Vaidya is excellent, he explains dental issues clearly, discusses treatment options properly, and gives helpful advice on general dental care. The reception team are always welcoming and polite. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I’d not seen a dentist for over 3 years due to an awful experience with a hygienist at another dental practice in Wokingham. Recently I developed a painful abscess in my upper right gum, the size of a marble. I had contacted several other practices without success then I found Nine Mile Dental Practice, I called them and they couldn’t have been more helpful they were both sympathetic and understanding and made me an appointment to see a dentist within a short time scale, my teeth were a mess. I attended the appointment and was treated with antibiotics and had a full check up with x-rays at the same time. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything to me. I then attended a series of treatments with their hygienists and another appointment with the dentist to treat receding gum lines that were exposing tooth nerves, the treatments were painless. All the staff were amazing, polite, considerate and very professional, I have new teeth that look incredible. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice they were outstanding. The whole experience of any appointment is always so pleasing. The staff are friendly and helpful, the lounge and surgeries are so bright and calming and the treatment is second to none. My whole family attend this practice, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

What an amazing team! From the minute you walk in and are greeted by the super friendly, super efficient Kara, you know you’re in good hands. The whole practice delivers a welcoming and caring atmosphere. I am lucky enough to have Dr Prerna as my Dentist. Highly skilled, she is also empathetic, kind, gentle and patient. Aftercare from Dr Prerna is exceptional, asking Kara to call me, to make sure that I was ok following a tricky extraction. I cannot complete my review without mentioning my wonderful Hygienist Terrie. Again, like Dr Prerna, Terrie is highly skilled, empathetic, kind, gentle and patient. I went for a free Invisalign consultation. The dentist was absolutely amazing and even did Xrays as she was concerned about one of my teeth which turned out to have a "dead ' nerve. She gave me sensible and unbiased advice and allowed me to make my own decision about whether to go forward or not. Highly recommended.

I have been using this practice, in its various iterations, for over 30 years and it continues to deliver top-notch patient centred services. Having attended for a booked appointment and pointed out a couple of other items that needed fixing, one was fixed in the same session and, by waiting 30 mins, I was booked into another session to fix the other item. And at no extra charge! Very happy to recommend this practice.

This is my 3rd visit to the practice. A wonderful friendly team , Nischal Vaidya is my dentist who is overseeing my treatment. A wonderful dentist who explains each step with clear explanations. Highly recommend Nine Mile, Exceptional.
