I had a dental emergency that caused me a lot of pain! My normal private dental clinic, who I am with for 3 years now, could not offer me an emergency appointment to have what appeared ro be a simple routine and minor procedure - I had to wait for 1 week to have an appointment...Dr Elena Birch, offered me an emergency appointment within 2 days of my desperate call to the practice, even though I was not a registered patient with them. She was very professional, but most importantly humane and empathic, and helped me at what was a true emergency! I have been attending the Lorna Doone dental practice for 37 years. Dr. Elena Birch has treated me for all the following: fillings, extractions, dental bridges, root canal and a dental implant. She is well qualified and my experience has been very positive especially with a very tricky root canal filling. Dr Birch explains the treatment and costs thoroughly beforehand and I am very satisfied with all the procedures I have had. David Birch is on reception duties and is very friendly with a good sense of humour. The surgery is very clean with extra measures being taken during the pandemic.I have had a good experience with the hygienist also. I would recommend this practice for all your dental requirements.
