Totally disgusted at being charged the full price for an allegedy missed appointment they said they rang my mobile to remind me. No missed call, no voicemail. Despite showing my mobile to the receptionist she said her screen said she rang me. Maybe she meant to and noted the screen in advance. Charging the full fee does not reflect the cost of their time and materials. I've had misgivings about this practice already being a money making exercise and this proves that to me. They refused to accept that they were wrong. My family have been in private practice for since 1953 and they have NEVER charged a patient if there was a good reason for their missing an appointment let alone the full price!!!

I have been a dental patient of Amir's for at least 15 years. Amir is straight and honest and does not drill unless truly necessary, and from long term experience, the dental work undertaken is of long lasting quality. Always a friendly reception. Highly recommended, with a smile!

Always a friendly and professional service. Much better not having to make a separate hygienist appointment. Amir pays attention to preventative dentistry and is happy giving advice. The only significant thing I had to have done during all my visits was a root canal treatment which was completed without any problem.

in 50 years I have had a lot of dentists and Dr Amir is the best I have had. My impression, and the evidence suggests, he does a good job. Has fitted the family in at short notice. I would wholeheartedly recommend

I used my diary to remind me of appointments so the text is a nice reminder but not essential. I can see the cost of missing an appointment means lose of revenue so this is why this service is in place. It is a single dentist surgery so income is essential to continue it. I have always found Amir a friendly, witty person who is concerned about his patients. We followed him when he moved from Guildford and although we have now moved out of area we are prepared to travel to him.

I am no fan of "the dentist," but I can now make an exception to that. This guy is the best dentist I have ever visited and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. I needed treatment close to where I am currently working, but I will not be returning to my old dentist close to home, instead, now I'll be making the journey across London the next time I need to see a dentist. Brilliant!
