Bupa Dental Care Witham

I’ve been seeing Mr Singh since I was young, and now that I’m an adult my own son goes to him too. Our whole family trusts him completely and we honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. More recently I’ve also been seeing the dental hygienist, Sam, who has been fantastic. She’s completely transformed my dental routine and given me really helpful advice that’s made a big difference. Together they make every visit feel professional, thorough, and easy. I’m very grateful to have such a great dental team looking after our family.

I went to Mr Singh to have my rotten front 4 teeth capped so that I could smile with confidence again. Mr Singh and his dental nurse Kerry were absolutely amazing. I was extremely apprehensive and they supported me from the early consultation days through the surgery and temporary teeth fitting and in the final appointment to fit the most amazing teeth. I am totally thrilled with the result, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Their care, compassion and professionalism was outstanding.

I have had Mr Singh as my dentist for a number of years and today I went in to have a crown fitted and I had also broken a tooth that needed looking at, Mr Signh and his assistant Kerry were, as usual, very friendly and professional. The crown was fitted and the other tooth fixed with no problems. Having had a few dentists over the years I can honestly say that Mr Singh is the best dentist I have had and I never have any worries when I have had any treatment. Mr Singh and Kerry definitely put there patients first and I have always been very happy with the treatment I have received over the years.

An unbelievable and excellent experience. I was shocked as to how quickly and painlessly Dr. Habib extracted the tooth. The recovery has been fine and I have never felt the need to use painkillers! Thank you

Was seen really quickly after having issues with healing tooth extraction. Saw Mr K Singh and Kerry who were so nice and kind and also had a procedure done by Mr Habib (specialist) who was extremely experienced. I felt so supported and Mr K Singh explained in detail the procedure prior to having it done. They were so professional, supportive and compassionate. Would highly recommend.

Went in for a complex extraction with Dr Habib today, I have had a terrible experience with dentists in the past and I highlighted this with him. He was fantastic, he reassured me the procedure will be ok, he made sure to really numb me up and the whole thing was over in 30 seconds. The entire staff were friendly and professional, the facilities were clean and well maintained and the dental nurse and Dr Habib were fantastic. I’ve been to a few dental practices in my time and this is by far the best. Great job team and thank you for being so understanding and caring towards my nerves. It means a lot.

Very disappointing experience with Bupa Dental Care Witham. My daughter is an NHS patient, I have found the service to be extremely poor. The reception staff have often come across as rude and unhelpful, and there appears to be a clear two-tier system between private and NHS patients. Appointments are incredibly difficult to obtain, with waits of up to six months for what amounts to a five-minute check-up. To make matters worse, appointments are cancelled, leaving us waiting even longer for basic dental care. I have made multiple complaints regarding the service, but unfortunately the issues remain unresolved. Fault promises towards my daughter has left her devastated. If you are an NHS patient looking for a dentist, I would not recommend this practice. The level of service and access to treatment has been far below what I would expect.
