Orchard Dental Practice

I have been a patient for many years and I always receive a brilliant service. I can't believe there can be a better dental practice anywhere else. The rooms are spotless, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The dentists are brilliant and I have always been able to get an appointment sometimes at very short notice.

As has always been the case, I was greeted warmly and treated professionally by everyone on the team with whom I had contact. After leaving and returning home I realised that I hadn't asked for a Medicash receipt, so I rang the reception desk and they promptly emailed me the requested receipt. I was very pleased with the care I received.

I've always been very anxious about visiting the dentist but was made to feel very comfortable and treated with consideration and thoughtfulness.

Just like to say the staff at orchard Dental practice was so good they tuck the time to help me and my wife up date are detail after a number of year and then got me an energy. The same day how good was that just like to say great job

James is fantastic, as someone who is scared to go the dentist, I always feel at ease as he explains what is happening and what to expect (I know a bit needy) highly recommended

I am 63 this year and this is BY FAR the best dental practice I have been a patient with. James and the whole team are all friendly, professional and I have felt very cared for, changing a previous dread of dentist to a whole new outlook. First class service, thank you. Not a member of the practice but needed an emergency appointment receptionist was professional friendly and very informative and called me back to fit me in,the dentist and assistant who did the treatment were friendly and very professional thank you for getting back to me and treating the issue.
