I come and see Clark once a year for a check up and really enjoy my experience everytime I attend the practice, I am always greeted by the loveliest ladies on reception who are so welcoming, kind and helpful! Clark is truly brilliant at what he does and never fails to make me feel at ease in his chair 🙂 he has such high standards and is very informative as well as being very friendly and gentle, I feel it is a win that he’s been my dentist! I have been a patient here since I was a child and genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else ! The care, kindness, and professionalism from the whole team creates such a warm and stress free atmosphere, even when I’ve had to come in for an extraction my anxiety was left at the door ! Always a positive experience at west Kirby Bupa dentist, couldn’t recommend enough 🙂 thanks!

Massive thankyou to Beth Hughes and Rachel seeing me today in an emergency with a snapped tooth, i have a really bad case of typical dental anxiety due to a few reasons and everything about todays visit made me realize I was in very safe hands of people who understood my concerns and worries. They spoke very softly, informed me of everything they were doing and allowed me time to un tense and breathe between certain parts of the procedure so really really happy with everything today. Hopefully this is the end of my tooth pain for a while🤞🏼 would highly recommend. I am a private patient and do not mind paying a higher price for a treatment when I know that the patients wellbeing is at the forefront of what these guys do

I have been a patient at Bupa Dental Care West Kirby for 10 years and went for my regular hygiene appt. with Laura and Kate. They were welcoming, professional and attentive to my dental health history. I was, as always, very pleased with my experience and with the shine on my teeth! I would recommend their treatment and services, absolutely.

I recently had a root canal done by Stefan Stefanescu, recommended by Clark Noble. I was not looking forward to it, however Stefan was excellent. Efficient, informative, considerate and all done with a pleasant manner. There has not been any pain or discomfort despite the potential complexity of the procedure.

Really lovely staff, from all of the receptionists to the dental assistants and dentists. I am autistic, with other health conditions, too, and the staff are really kind and caring when I’m suffering with extreme anxiety, or have had to cancel appointments when not well enough to attend. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and a big thank you especially to Sarah and Kate for being exceptionally kind to me.

I had a very tricky root canal, the root was twisted and curved. I was worried that I may loose the tooth. Stefan's experience, skill and calm manner, not only saved the tooth but the procedure was done without any injections.

I attended a hygienist appointment with Laura and her assistant Kate. As a patient with neuralgia they looked after me beautifully and were so kind. Laura made sure I was at ease and was very gentle knowing my teeth are extremely sensitive . My thanks to them both.
