Honeycomb Dental Clinic

Worst experience ever. Just another rip-off place. I went there to get a filling done. The dentist said there was no need for a filling and told me to brush properly, saying there was no cavity. Yet she still insisted that I should get an X-ray. If there is no cavity, what is the need for an X-ray? It felt like an attempt to rip people off. Very unprofessional. To make matters worse, I arrived at 1:30 p.m. for my 2:00 p.m. appointment. When I got there, a demonstration program was going on. The receptionist asked me to wait outside and actually locked the door. How unprofessional is that? If a client arrives a little early in such a situation, there should at least be seating available. Coming back to the doctor again — I was charged without any treatment being done. Worst service ever.

Execellent dental practice. I've been seeing different dentists as they ensure I am seing a specific specialist for each stage of my case. Everyone I met in the clinic is extremely polite, friendly and professional. The clinic itslef is amazing - pretty and well maintained with a clear sustainability message. Highly recommend!

Great clinic, from reception to dentists, hygienist and assistants. Got treated by Dan first 2 times then today by Andrea, after a very short notice and every time it`s been a great experience and they`ve been super friendly. The hygienist (sorry for not remembering the name) was also a 10/10. Friendly reception staff and super helpful both in person and over the phone. Also great waiting room.

I visited this clinic for the first time today. Everyone was extremely kind, made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Miguel (the dentist) was also incredible making sure i understood all the steps of the treatment. I definitely recommend them.

I had my initial appointment with the dentist today, I felt very nervous as I haven’t had a dentist appointment in a few years, however my first impressions were; the place feels very welcoming as soon as you walk in, you feel immediately at ease, everywhere is clean and presentable, the lady who did my Xray was very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and clearly loved her job. She explained exactly what she was doing, and I felt comfortable, she sounded very passionate when she spoken about the dentist being as eco friendly as possible. She also informed me of how I can look after my teeth more. I like that the dentist does den plan essentials, the booking process was easy, so I have managed to book appointments in 2025. I will definitely be back and next time I won’t be nervous!

I have been with Honeycomb since they opened. I am normally terrified of going to the dentist but Miguel has been so patient, kind and understanding I no longer dread a visit. Miguel and the team are both compassionate and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.
