Oakleigh Dental Practice and Referral Centre

I had my first appointment with Nisha this morning, but let's start with the lack of customer service from the receptionist, she is rude abrupt and was shouting down the phone at some one, was sarcastic to a nurse that needed some paperwork, when I came out she shoved the visa machine infront of me, I explained I was on child/working tax credits, she just walks off into Nisha's room and shouts out UNIVERSAL CREDIT like I'm some loser who doesn't work, so judgmental,, its so embarrassing to be treated like this, when I first met Nisha she took x ray and examined my teeth, I have a absess which she gave me a prescription for but I was shocked at her recommendation to abstract my tooth when every dentist says this is a last resort, I dont have any confidence in Nisha she is young and maybe not experienced in dealing with patients as she seems unapproachable. The practice is not a welcoming pleasant atmosphere you feel like a nuisance and that's not right, I have a hygienist appointment with vinnie let's hope thats a better experience, but ill be looking for a new dental practice after feeling so disappointed 😞

The receptionist Marketa was so lovely and helpful. She was very polite and tried her hardest, managing to squeeze me in for a checkup straight after the hygienist. Thank you!

I joined this practice a few months ago and my two sons also now get their teeth done here. My dentist is called Sandeep, he's the owner. I had wisdom teeth corrected (difficult extraction), teeth alignment issues, whitening etc... I think he is one of the most experienced dentists I have had (I'm aged 54 yo and had various including in USA) - he walked me through the various options and I was pleased with everything.

I’ve been under the care of Will, my dentist, for over 8 years, and I couldn’t be more grateful. He has always taken care of my needs with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. His assistant is equally supportive and helps make every visit a comfortable experience. Thank you both for your continued care; I truly appreciate it. I am extremely happy with this dental practice. Receptionist is very helpful, polite and cheerful. Hygienist and Dentist were very professional and efficient with the services I required. Everything I needed was scheduled and completed within a week. When I needed further assistance following an appointment, I was able to come back the same day for an adjustment. I highly recommend this practice and look forward to coming back in the future.
