Wentworth Dental Practice

Really rubbish and unprofessional service. They never answer the phone or return calls, and it's absolutely infuriating. My child still hasn't seen a dentist due to cancellations and no replies ever. Absolutely would not recommend.

Jenny is a fantastic Dentist, she fitted a large crown sensitively, taking her time to check it was comfortable for me. Thank you and to Jenny's lovely technician too. NBA.

Very unprofessional service. My child’s follow-up dental appointment was cancelled three times, including cancellations made only two hours before the appointment. Each time, I had already arranged to leave work early and take my child out of school. On top of this, it is extremely difficult to book an appointment as calls are often not answered at all. This clinic shows no respect for patients’ time and no consideration for the urgency of children’s dental care. Completely unacceptable.

Appointment cancelled on the day for the second time running by the practice. They seem to forget that they're there to serve the patient. This is after fillings that they had put in falling out of their own accord. Stay as far away as possible, under no circumstances would I recommend these "dentists". Only gave 1 star as there is no option for 0.

Tried to reach the practice multiple ways through web form, email, phone call (and left a voicemail) but never had a reply over a week’s period. Went into the practice today to enquire about NHS spaces for my daughter as there had been a banner outside advertising spaces. Once the receptionists finished their conversation between themselves, I was spoken to sarcastically and patronisingly. They said they are and they aren’t taking NHS patients on which was very confusing. As I was walking out the door, one of the receptionists recommended a couple of practices that might be taking on NHS patients but by that point I was too infuriated to listen and was glad to be leaving!

We always have to wait with significant delays without anyone advising us of the delay, how long it will be etc which is very frustrating. We have also had so many cancellations - approx 8 this year some giving notice only 1 hour before the appointment time

Having dental treatment is not my favourite thing to do but everyone works hard to put you at your ease here. Aisha on reception is lovely and very friendly. Jenny the nurse is caring and friendly and Abbas the dentist is just fabulous! Very professional, explains everything as he goes along, listens and gives great treatment! Highly recommended!
