Dr Atherton and her dental nurse Stacey are incredible at their jobs. I typically avoid the dentist at all costs and yet I find myself happily coming into the surgery in the knowledge I am more than safe in their hands. I have had both fillings and Invisalign/composite bonding done by Dr Atherton. I am so very pleased with my results. I think everyone should feel confident when smiling and Dr Atherton ensures that you walk away with all the knowledge you need to make the right decision for you and is genuine in her recommendations. She really does care about the work that she does and that comes through in her work. Amazing dentist and affordable prices too. Had crowded teeth for years, lost my confidence and stopped smiling full stop. Dr Alexandra is a perfectionist. She made me feel at ease straight away I sat in the dentist chair. Everything went so smoothly. We did have to extend the time of treatment but that didn't bother me. I just wanted to have beautiful and straight teeth again. And I definitely do now!!! So happy with the finished result, and I have been recommending Alexandra for all my lovely clients. Thank you so much for being the best.

Going to the dentist is nobody's idea of fun so it is a delight when the dentist makes the visit as painless (in every sense) as possible. Like many people I get nervous when having treatment. I have just had to have a root canal treatment and I can't say that I enjoyed it but Alex was a joy. She inspires confidence. She takes the time to explain everything and carried out the treatment efficiently and painlessly. If you are in need of a great dentist then I couldn't recommend a better one. Thank you Alex. Alex is an amazing dentist!! very highly recommended. My 6 year old came here yesterday to have one of her teeth removed she was incredibly nervous and terrified of the dentist from a previous bad experience elsewhere. Alex was made aware of this and instantly reassured and calmed alicia to the point where she not only sat in the chair but managed to remove the tooth! Alex is excellent with children and has all the time for them. Doesn’t make them feel rushed or pressured i can’t thank alex enough for being so compassionate and caring towards my daughter when she was so scared. If anyone is having a bad time at there dentist like we previously was don’t waste another second going to them and swap it’s the best thing we ever did

Just been to the dentist to have treatment by Alex Atherton at Cross st dentist. I cant reccomend her high enough.She is so nice & makes you feel relaxed as well as being amazing at her job.My top teeth were very crooked and I was always very concious of them so I went private and went to Alex & the difference she made was unbelievable, well worth it!! Also & equally as friendly was the lady that helps her im sorry now I didnt ask her name. Overall a truly wonderful experience.

My sister in law is very anxious with going to the dentist or any medical environment Alexandra make her feel at ease and communicates clearly and is very supportive with the anxiety issues! Thank you so much for your support

Hi ,my name is julie, I went to Dr. Alexander Atherton at my dentist in hindley, I had gappy teeth ,front tooth sticking out and lots more , well what an absolutely amazing MAGICAL dentist Dr Alexander is ,she did everything she promised me, I was in tears when she showed me my new teeth they were more than brilliant I would recommend her to anyone 😀 I cannot thank you enough for my amazing teeth and smile 😀
