Cygnet Dental Practice

I can honestly say this is the best dentist practice I have ever been to, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I see Zariyaab Ali Butt and he is amazing, so patient and explains everything in detail , I used to get so nervous but I don’t anymore, I introduced my mum to the surgery and she wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The nurses are equally as nice , if you are a nervous patient then this is the place to go .

having not been to the dentist in years not only my teeth but my emotional state about the dentist was In a bad way! I had my first visit today and everyone is super kind, gentle and really professional! I'm so happy I went and I would definitely recommend! if you are either changing dentist or like me have put things off due to being embarrassed! don't be as they go above and beyond

I have been seeing Dr Abubakar Baana for some time at both Cygnet and Be Dental and cannot recommend him enough. I had been putting off having some procedures however from the outset he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He takes the time to explain each step clearly, listens and responds to questions no matter how small or insignificant they may seem. His approach is careful, precise and never rushed. I also deeply appreciate that his care is guided by a strong sense of faith which resonates with me on a personal level. The wider team including the receptionists have also been welcoming and lovely. Overall my experience has been positive and I would genuinely recommend Dr Baana to anyone seeking skilled professional.

I am a nervous patient, and who I saw I personally thought did not care, her tone was condescending and in fact I did not stay for the whole appointment. I made another appointment to see a different dentist which I have had no confirmation sent, so I can only assume they have not made the appointment. What I found unprofessional was my appointment was 4 30pm, they phoned me at 3 50pm to ask me to come early at 4pm , I was already enroute and said I would probably get there around 4 10pm which I did and the dentist kept me waiting till 4 30 anyway. My opinion is if all the dentists are like the dental therapist I think she said she was I can see why this practice is always advertising for new patients. On a positive Sarah on reception was so friendly and reassuring when I originally booked the appointment.

As always, a first class service by a caring team. I very rarely leave reviews, because many businesses would not like my comments, but Cygnet Dental Practice is the exception for me. The service I’ve received over the years is spot on, in fact it’s improved over the years which tells me they care. I can definitely recommend this practice.

An excellent dentist. The entire team at Cygnet Dental are so very lovely. From the friendly, helpful ladies on reception, through to my dentist Himesh Patel and his assistant Larna, they all go out of their way to provide a really warm welcome. I want to thank Cygnet Dental very much for being able to see my daughter at such short notice when we are not even registered there! From first contact with Patricia who was really kind and extremely helpful, to seeing the dentist Abubakar Baana and nurse Nicola who were so patient with my daughter and explained everything to her and reassured Her throughout! I was extremely grateful and thank you guys very much for being so kind and understanding.
