Dental Care Whitehaven

Same day emergency appointment, I'm terrified of dentists but this place is amazing. From reception staff to the dentist to the bill too! I walked in expecting to have to be a private patient but was registered as an NHS patient. It's like winning the lottery. Ignore all the 6 year old reviews of this place, its amazing. (Never thought I'd say that about a dentist!!)

They made my day!! Was seen within an hour, ladies on front desk amazing, dentists so so nice and reassuring. Can’t thank the team enough in a time of pressure.

An excellent service. I needed an urgent appointment and was seen within 40 minutes of phoning. All the staff are polite, friendly and professional. My dentist, Lourdes, is so patient and understanding, explaining everything clearly and sympathetically as well as being a superb dentist. I feel grateful to have such a practice in our area.

This dentist is really fantastic. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The customer service is unbeatable, especially when nhs services are stretched so thin, but the girls here go above and beyond to help as many people as possible. They genuinely care.

Recently attended for my first appointment and was made to feel extremely welcome from the moment I entered the practice. I am a nervous patient but I was instantly calmed down by the views onto the harbour from the clean and tidy waiting room. Thank you to all the staff for a pleasant experience!

I had an emergency, (Crown came out). They got in within 2 hours, I was seen immediately and all taken care of. Just £60! For X-ray and re-fit of a crown. Really nice friendly people, I will now make this my dentist. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Lourdes Lopez is a very effective, professional, reassuring and diligent Dentist. She is the most efficient I have had the pleasure to meet and shall remain with indefinitely. The Bupa Admin & Support team are always very kind & helpful too.
