Greenhill Dental Practice

Lovely doctors and lovely rest of staff. All are professional, friendly and understanding of different clients. This has been my family practice and I actually enjoy going as it's a very welcoming place.

I always get a warm welcome at Greenhill Dental Practice. The ladies on the front desk are lovely. Especially Beverley, who's warm and welcoming. Dr Pete Becalick has a lovely warm and welcoming manner. I feel very comfortable whilst i'm at the dentist. He is considerate and reassuring whilst doing my treatments. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Excellent care provided by the dentist and all support staff. Highly recommended.

This rating is only based on your awful receptionist. I wanted to have a bunch of dental work done, due to leaving it for way too many years and now I need both braces and teeth pulled out. I wanted to go to a good place and I was recommended your practise by a friend who works as a dental nurse. Sadly, I was put off by the receptionist's horrible attitude and 0 people skills when I wanted to book a consultation. It was just a case of attitude, tone of voice and rude manners and unfortunately, I have no time for people like that. I sincerely hope you will consider replacing this woman since I have now heard other people complaining about her as well and your reputation seems to be affected. I will not be coming back.

Went here today. Walked in and the receptionist was on her mobile, looked up and said can I help you? I explained I wanted to register and she looked me up and down and said "you do realise this is a private dentist don’t you?" Then went back to her phone. Very rude. Made me feel insignificant. I walked out and won’t be going back. They’ve lost a potential customer there!

Receptionists are friendly and welcoming Zoe is my dentist and she's so friendly and understanding with those that suffer dental anxiety.
