I recently had a crown prepared and fitted by Stephen, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and precision he brought to the entire process. From start to finish, he was meticulous, attentive, and clearly committed to getting everything absolutely right. He took the time to explain each step, checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable, and approached the fitting with a level of detail that gave me complete confidence in the final result. The crown feels natural, looks fantastic, and the whole experience was far smoother than I expected. Stephen’s professionalism and skill truly stand out. Sara is fantastic. I’ve been with DK Dental for more than 13 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sara has a wealth of experience and expertise, plus she’s kind, considerate and very gentle as a dentist, which is needed when you have sensitive teeth at times. Have been treated by DK Dental Practice for many years now and have always been so impressed with the friendly professional service from reception through to treatment.My most recent visit was for a minor filling and I was treated by Stephen and the dental nurse( sorry didn’t catch her name ) both were such a great reassuring team , Stephen also checked out a painful tooth that I was suffering with and immediately diagnosed it and talked me through a plan with a resultant swift appointment following to address the problem. Thank you so much for the treatment I have just received, Dr Banuri has finally after many years given me trust and confidence at the dentists, I have allways dreaded going to the dentists to the point of avoiding going but finally I have found a dentist who Listened to my concerns about having treatment especially the dreaded injection before treatment. Took onboard my fear of the visit, Dr Banuri took her time with me to listen and gave me time to calm down and started and at all times asked if I was okay and did not make me feel embarrassed. I cannot praise the clinic enough. It was on a family recommendation and finally made the phone call and the made the appointment and straight away from speaking to the receptionist to arriving at the clinic and leaving it was just great. After a lot of difficult times with previous dentists, the staff at DK dental practice have been calm, explained everything clearly and in ways that I understood and spoke through all the payments clearly with breakdowns. They have been amazing and have calmed down most anxiety I've had with dentists.
