These guys are AMAZING. They have literally transformed my life. My teeth were stained, chipped and had fillings showing from old NHS work I had had done. I was a VERY NERVOUS patient but from my first appt my dentist Ben was patient and kind. He put me at ease and explained the whole process. My new teeth were modelled on the dental nurse Lucy whose singing and chattering helped me to take my mind off the treatment. I can not recommend these guys highly enough. Ben and Lucy make a great team and the work they did allowed me to smile again. I tell everyone how amazing this place is and how reasonably priced it is for the time, care and compassion they show. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and have taken out their monthly care plan at £30 a month. Thank you so much guys ❤️

As you walk through the doors you're welcomed by the front desk who are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly making you feel comfortable. Ben and the rest of the dentistry team again are welcoming and are amazing when working with people on the spectrum as well as client's with extreme anxiety and fear of dentists. They take their time to explain what is going on through every step while having the patience to work with everyone's individual needs. They are an amazing team and I can't thank them enough ...

I originally joined after my dentist moved from another practice. When they later became unavailable for appointments, I remained with the practice based on the understanding that I would be able to return to them in future, however the communication around their ongoing availability was very unclear and somewhat misleading. I also experienced delays at recent appointments, with waits of around 20–30 minutes on two occasions. While the staff were always friendly and polite, the overall handling and lack of clarity around their dental plan and cancellation process was disappointing.

My wife & I have been with the practice for several years. It's clearly isn't most people's favourite destination. However, from the moment you walk into the reception, we are greeted with the radiant smile of Alexis. Any apprehension is soon forgotten as we engage in small talk. My Dentist, Richard is superb. He is aware I've had bad experiences of a previous dentist in the Canterbury area. Richard & the dental nurses have helped me overcome my fears. Thankfully, a trip to the dentist is no longer something to dread. The hygienist Paige, is also thoughtful of patient comfort & make you feel confident you're in good hands, offering tips to improve my oral health. In a nutshell, we're as happy as can be considering it's a dental practice. And the experience always starts with Alexis!

I’ve been attending Westgate Dental Studios for the past couple of months and honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. As a nervous patient, I’ve felt completely looked after from the very start. All of the staff are wonderful, Dr Ben Marnell immediately put me at ease with his friendly and professional manner. Paige Tobin is always efficient and welcoming, and Alexis on reception has been incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to fitting appointments around my busy teaching schedule. A fantastic practice all round.

Richard is absolutely amazing. He really helped my anxiety when I first when to him a couple of years ago after not visiting the dentist for a number of years. He is amazing with my son and it’s now a pleasure to go to the dentist

Dr Aoife Stack went above and beyond in helping my neuro diverse child, who we bought to her seeking help relating to untreated tongue tie. She even went out of her way to help signpost me to other professionals who can help with their healthcare going forward. Highly recommend!
