Westerham Dental Care

My autistic 18 year old had a tooth extraction today at this practice and they were absolutely brilliant! The receptionist was so friendly and the dentist made them feel really comfortable and at ease. It was quite a difficult extraction but him and the dental nurse kept talking them through what was happening and making sure they were ok. Massive thank you to you all.

I had been suffering from severe tooth pain for over six days. My local dentist confirmed that my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted, but unfortunately they didn’t have an oral surgeon, and before any extraction I also needed an OPG scan. After booking a scan and visiting another London clinic, I was disappointed to learn that they also didn’t have an oral surgeon available and could only refer me elsewhere. I left feeling frustrated and still in pain, hoping I could find help closer to home. That’s when I contacted Westerham Dental Care.The team asked me to email over my scan and informed me that their oral surgeon, Gerry, would be in the clinic that evening. Just after 5pm, I received a call inviting me to come in at 7pm. I was very nervous, but as soon as I met Gerry, I knew I was in safe hands. He was kind, professional, and reassuring. In less than 10 minutes, he managed to extract my tooth and finally free me from days of pain. I was especially grateful that he stayed later than his working hours just to help me. Gerry is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also has a fantastic sense of humour that immediately puts you at ease. I can’t thank him and the Westerham Dental Care team enough for their care and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of dental treatment.

Amazing! I've just had an emergency appointment to sort out couple of dental disasters until I can see my regular dentist on Monday. I phoned yesterday afternoon and now all pain & stress has gone away. All the staff this morning were lovely and friendly. The repair procedures carried out with obvious care and attention. As a private patient today I was very pleased to see that they hadn't charged me extra for an emergency: it was reasonably priced. I am now seriously considering changing my dental practice after over 30 years. Thank you to Lisel and team for rescuing me this morning 🙂

I went to the clinic to treat my snoring problem. I'm Brazilian, live in Portugal and don't speak English fluently. I was under the care of Dr. Liese, who was kind. She was very patient and attentive throughout the process, explaining my anti-snoring device in detail, step by step. The staff are also efficient and the environment is clean. Thank you so much, Dr. Liese! I highly recommend her!

Loyalty is everything. I have been using the guys in Westerham Dental Care for years. I no longer live in the village and now travel over an hour to still see them. They have always been professional, personal and kind ... but they are also brilliant. Nothing is ever too much trouble. What ever the challenge with my diary, they will always try and find a solution. Thank you. We really appreciate you guys looking after us.
